We stayed at the end of the summer in a triple room. Immediately PLUS - the photos on the sites correspond to reality. The occupancy of the hotel was minimal, so there was no noise from the neighbors and early tantrums from the children) really relaxing! The room is clean, bright and fresh. There are mosquito nets on the windows, a liquid fumigator in the load, the territory is treated with an additional mosquito repellent - you can comfortably sit on the street, considering how many mosquitoes this year in Azov.
Great BONUS - discount on accessories at Sunny beach, which is 5 min walk.
The staff is very kind and responsive. Considering that no one booked a room after us, they allowed a late check-out without additional payment, a separate +.
Keep in mind that you will need to ask for a change of towels, bags and cleaning of the room. Without your permission, no one will break into the room every day to clean.
From additional services: 2 barbecue areas (open and covered), a children's slide, the opportunity to fish on the estuary with your own equipment, boat and kayak rental.
The only thing I didn't like was that in the last days of my stay they sent a coastal cafe for breakfast. The kitchen at the hotel is good with a variety of food options. Every day a choice of 2 different breakfasts, it was brought to the room. Nice to eat outside with a great view.
The atmosphere in the cafe is terrible. The staff is gloomy, the appliances are dirty, the tables and chairs are dusty. And there are only 2 breakfast options: scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs + vegetables, tea with a stale croissant. As a result, for the last 2 days, one of us did not go to breakfast at all, as it was not worth it. Better to drink coffee with bars at home. So you need to specify where they will feed, if in a cafe, refuse these breakfasts.
Also missing is a lantern at the entrance from the main road. The road is strewn with rubble, without a flashlight you can beat your fingers in open shoes.
Oh good) The kitchen at the hotel is equipped very cool. On vacation we make a maximum of tea, but who cooks, keep in mind - everything is fine! There is everything for cooking and even more. Skewers and grills are also given there, you don’t need to take it. Drinking water is also available.
The overall impression is good, there are moments, but they can be solved.

We rested in August 2021 at the Villa Leto hotel, the impressions of the stay are magnificent. The mood is created literally right away from the fact that the ordered room, territory and services absolutely correspond to the description, so you get what you chose and wanted, without any surprises and disappointments.
The attitude and reaction of the staff to the requests of vacationers is good-natured, polite and pleasant, the correct policy is obvious - "We want our guests to be comfortable and want to return to us."
Despite our early arrival and late departure, the administration went to meet us - they settled us in the morning, and allowed us to leave at 15.00, almost to the train, with no additional fees!
Pleasantly pleased with the free transfer there and back!
The room itself is spacious and comfortable, fresh, it still smells of renovation, we lived in a four-bed suite with a terrace, there were 6 of us + our pet French bulldog and we were comfortable. Panoramic windows, a wonderful view from the terrace to the lawn and the estuary, create an atmosphere of complete relaxation!
If you decide to take your four-legged family member with you, then you will be welcome here. True, you will need to pay extra for a dog 400 UAH. (additional cleaning) and leave a deposit in the amount of 3000-6000 UAH. depending on the size of the pet, this is in case the dog decides to chew on something). This did not happen to us, the deposit was returned, which allowed us to spend not all the money on the sea!
From entertainment: on the territory of the boarding house you can rent kayaks at a bargain price - 50 UAH. per hour per person;
you can fish with your own line;
gazebos and a barbecue are freely available, a net and skewers will also be given, but coals and firewood are already for a fee;
VIP gazebo once during the stay is also provided free of charge by appointment;
As guests of this hotel, you will also receive a 50% discount on umbrellas and sun loungers at Sunny Beach, which is 3 min. walk.

breakfasts are included in the price of the room, they are brought directly to the room (the dining room is still in a state of repair);

For many years we have been coming to rest in Berdyansk, but this is the first time we have come to this hotel. We rested in a large room on the 2nd floor with 2 bedrooms and a living room. It was the best vacation of all trips to Berdyansk, as the hotel exceeded all expectations!!! In the photo from the site and on Instagram, it was immediately clear that it was very beautiful and cozy here. But the pluses do not end there... Friendly staff who do their job so well that I even thought that this was their common hotel)) Everywhere everything is thought out to the smallest detail and it is clear that the owner did not save on creating comfort conditions for hotel guests ! The room is perfectly clean! The territory is beautiful and well-groomed, with us they brought more new plants and planted them on the territory. And what a cozy and modern common kitchen ... and the appliances in it are excellent! I have never left such a positive review before))) Thanks to the owner of the hotel and all the staff for such a quality service that a good 5 * with All inclusive or a hotel in Europe can envy!)
