Park of the Soviet period + cosmetic repairs. Rooms from 150 UAH / person To the sea 7 minutes. Through the seasonal shopping arcade. To salt lakes and a more adult sea (depth + waves) - 20 minutes. There is a dining room. Brazier. Parking is convenient. Hot water is available in the rooms.

I liked building 12 very much, for 400gr they settled in a good room, very clean staff, friendly atmosphere, the atmosphere of the dacha seems to be on the sea, but the nature is superb in the morning the birds are singing there is where to walk with the children, quietly, there is a mongal and very welcoming hosts.
