Stayed from August 1 to August 4, 2019. Room 21 (as the manager said "apartments")) in the kitchen (but you can't call it a kitchen) there is only an electric stove for 1 burner, several plates, cutlery, a plastic knife and a 2-liter saucepan (it's convenient to boil eggs)). There are no frying pans since there is no hood - therefore, frying is not welcome (but we were given, upon request, for frying eggs))
The room was poorly cleaned (for example, there were other people's poop under the rim of the toilet)
The sink was also of poor quality.
Sitting on 3 plastic stools (under my 100kg crackled)
There is practically nowhere to put things (2 anti-sols and several hangers).
In the evening it can be noisy, because there is a gazebo in front of the door to the room - young people smoke and talk loudly.
Friends, and it's for $40 per night!!
Plus, I see only one - it's next to the amusement park (Tobizh center)
Do you need it on vacation?) - then maybe.
I think (especially not in Berdyansk for the first time) there are a lot of options, both better and cheaper.

Good location, the room has everything you need for a short rest, but the biggest and most important minus is the lack of sound insulation, there is none at all, you can hear absolutely any sound behind the wall or even two walls, I do not recommend it at all, but the owner should have thought about it before and do not make walls of cardboard.
