The room itself looks like in Turkey ****! There are slippers, towels, TV, air conditioning, a refrigerator and of course a shower. The room is quiet, and the guest yard has a homely atmosphere. The sea is nearby, as are the entertainment on the embankment. There is a supermarket and a pharmacy nearby. The location itself is such that all the entertainment is nearby and at the same time in a quiet place, a very good location! I especially liked the marine-themed wellness area, the fence, railings, door handles, figurines... It all looks very cool!

We rest here in the fall, so those who will consider the summer time may not be relevant. From the pros: the hotel is really new, everything is clean, tidy, a pleasant smell even in the corridor (! "On the seas it is a rarity), there is a kitchen (everything is also clean, tidy) with dishes, two sinks, refrigerators, a kettle and a microwave oven. everything necessary for those who want to cook. There is also a dining room right above the kitchen. There is a patio (albeit small) with an oven where you can fry meat or vegetables. We took a suite with a balcony on the 3rd floor, everything is also clean, tidy, comfortable, in the evening after a long walk you lie on a soft comfortable bed and just enjoy yourself 😇. The price is also reasonable (724 UAH), as for a suite and close proximity to the sea (3-5 minutes). In summer, most likely, the price will be higher. There are 2 air conditioners in the room. , toilet and shower, flat TV, chiffoner, pedestals, even a safe. By the way, we have a triple room. The name of the hotel speaks for itself "4 seasons", you can come here at any time of the year, the hotel is heated. a blanket. about nowhere to park the car (just in front of the hotel), but we are alone, what if there are more cars? Perhaps there is some way out, did not ask. There is no special entertainment for children, except for a small slide in the yard. But you can have fun outside the hotel, fortunately, there is a park nearby, but this is in the summer, of course, in the fall, all the rides are closed or dismantled. All in all, we're glad we chose it. The main thing is that the guests are careful with things and furniture and not "kill" him in a couple of years. Keep it up guys!

All the amenities for living - a small parking lot, a huge kitchen with utensils, a cool grill corner with a barbecue, grills and barbecue skewers. Clean and fresh linen and towels in the rooms. 24 hour reception. I recommend the 4 seasons hotel! I really enjoyed staying here.

We rested with a child (3 years old). All at the highest level!!! Clean, comfortable, fresh, large kitchen. The "Suite" room has air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, balcony, new comfortable furniture, nets on the windows. On the street there is a cozy territory where you can eat, there is a children's slide.
The sea is nearby, ATB, Silpo, Canteen "Dacha", where you can eat.
The staff are friendly.

Guest house "4 seasons" is just a great place to relax! Clean rooms, nice staff and good attitude towards tourists! It is located in the same house (Columbus), there is a sign nearby. I highly recommend it!

Rested with my husband and son 11.07-17.07. We are all very satisfied!!! The owners are very nice people! The yard is wonderful for both children and parents. There is shade everywhere in the yard, for children there is a sandbox, toys, a large drawing board and a swing. The owner has a wonderful son who always played with the kids. Sometimes my little one didn't even want to go anywhere to the sea or to the center because he loved playing with Artem and the kids. The yard is closed, you can not be afraid that the child will get out of the yard. The rooms are spacious, there is a lot of furniture for clothes.
ATB supermarket is 3-5 minutes from the apartment. For a family vacation with children, it is an ideal option!!! We are very grateful!!! I recommend it to everyone!!!
