Room was clean as far as I could tell. The hotel is definitely starting to show it's age.

Staff was fine but room was not so great! Door slammed shut and walls and baseboards as well as bath needs attention! Not the 4.7 star noted in reviews

Front desk staff could have been more friendly (no pleasantries or greetings) and helpful. They were on their cell phones and never answered the front desk phone when we had an issue. Hotel was clean.

Enjoyed my stay. Staff was friendly, location was nice, but my sink had a slow drain. Other than that great place.

Overall great experience. Only challenge was parking and building accessability if you had to park in the back of the lot... Which was also poorly lit. This may not affect some people, but travelling solo and as a woman it's a risk.

That was the filthiest public area I have been in this year. The food was not good. Far below Hilton standards

Very nice place a lot of history here , pretty much right in the heart of mobile downtown district great atmosphere and very convenient location as well for going on a cruise , you can park on there property leave your vehicle during your cruise. And great staff very friendly

What a great find! Historic, quaint, detailed, clean and unusual. We go the room with the separate bath and it was perfect. Loved it! Only complaint is breakfast. Not a lot of options. Still worth it tho.

Everything stood out. Easiest check in ever, the room was amazing. Shortnwalk to downtown mobile. Will definitely stay again.

This place is amazing! So much history & character. The room was beautiful! The historic homes used for the rooms were a fun surprise. The breakfast is at a precious restaurant right next door! We will definitely stay again!!

Beautiful and wonderful room decor. I will recommend and return. I would highly recommend a power strip for guests to plugin phones and watches. I had to crawl under coffee table to find an outlet and then another outlet. Also, please put free breakfast time on card. We missed breakfast by 15 minutes and was not accommodated at Bistro restaurant. Very disappointed.

We love staying here when we are in Mobile. We have stayed here pre cruise. They offer parking while you are on the cruise, which is a nice bonus. The breakfast is at a small bistro on site. The food there is delicious. We had dinner and breakfast there. I highly recommend staying here any time you visit Mobile or just passing through.

Front desk staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Our room (302) smelled like puppy urine. The sheer curtains in the sitting room were torn and dirty.

The breakfast was good. The property is older and needs updating. Several things in our room were broken. It seems dark in hallways and rooms. Needs a renovation.

Check in staff were friendly and helpful. Building is showing it's age. The room we occupied needs some serious attention (ex: faucet handle on kitchen sink installed backwards, stoppers on bathroom fixtures non operation, cabinet drawer fronts loose, tape holding trim around a/c, furnishings look like second hand store purchases). Housekeeping did leave fresh towels and bedding was addressed but...

Great location: near restaurants, shopping and the airport. It was very clean. Breakfast was also good.

Damaged furniture in room. Smelled of mold. Buffet subpar. Overall disappointed it wasn’t nicer.

almost perfect room was clean spacious and quiet!! even on the first floor - all day Thursday and Friday morning had no TV and when I asked about it Friday morning attendant was very rude and when I asked when she thought it would be fixed she said very harsh I don't know it'll be fixed when they fix it. Other than that our stay was perfect!!
