Very nice, comfortable rooms. It’s kind of a lot of walking because it’s wide spread. I really enjoyed the pool and the bartender was nice and gave us good service. I got up early and took a walk on the trail and found it interesting, I’m from WV and this was my first time hiking in a desert. Our dinner was delicious and the server did an excellent job.

This was our second stay. The property is well kept outside. We never really knew when the slide in the pool area would be open, they would randomly close it. The pool area was open til 10 which was awesome. Sadly my white rash shirt turned off white after I used the hot tub, I am not sure what they put in there, but it must be harsh. The service around the pool was good when they had it. Tuesday...

This is my favorite spot in Arizona. Everything about the stay is top notch.

Everything was absolutely amazing. The pool for the regular users could be a bit cleaner and the hot tub was awfully small and not very warm but otherwise it was very lovely and Clean And beautiful

Property was amazing. Facilities are very nice and great for families, We used the pools, pool restaurant and the fitness center. We were there for a week in early April and it was not crowded at all. All staff was great. On site food is expensive but the resort is located within 5-10 minutes of multiple food options.

place was nice, but pricey for what you get. we’ve stayed at loews ventana canyon resort multiple times, & the rooms & bathrooms are very spacious & they have bathrobes as well. here, we had a fridge but no microwave.

It was a great place to stay. Friendly staff and good food. Clean. Watch out for ******* though because I had checked the "breakfast" box when I booked and they had no record of it.

I stay here often for work and love it. Nice, helpful staff, great pool and spa, clean, comfortable rooms. They do seem to have a lot of things blocking hallways, which can be a little annoying, but not sure it can be helped.

The resort was built in 1912 so it’s maintained well. Staff was very nice and helpful. Enjoyed a very delicious breakfast, my husband and I shared a make your own omelette, very delicious with potatoes and sourdough bread and cream cheese French toast with strawberries also very delicious and generous portions. Pool area was nice and clean. I recommend this resort.

Everything was great and having a balcony was a bonus. Liked sitting outside in the evenings. The pool was also nice to relax and cool off in.

I’ve stayed here several times on staycations, and I think overall it’s 5 stars based on everything. If I didn’t live 30 miles away and stayedThe price is so reasonable for what you get first and foremost. The room we just had was totally updated, even though you can tell this hotel is quite old.

Such a great time! The bed is so comfortable. Only complaint is the elevator is in such dumb spot and you have to walk a mile to your room. Other than that it’s beautiful, comfortable and in such an incredible location!

The cleanliness could have been a bit better, but the service was friendly and great.

They were very decent when an issue arose. However, they also did not return an expensive adapter that my child foolishly brought with him and misplaced while there.

Stayed one night to go hot air ballooning. Excellent nice location, excellent accommodations, and friendly staff. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Will stay here again when next in Phoenix.

We had an issue with our original room because the blanket wasn’t in good condition. I contacted the front desk, and Neo responded promptly and professionally. He immediately arranged for us to move to another room, making the process quick and hassle-free. Neo also checked in with us after we were settled to make sure everything was going well, which showed he genuinely cared about our experience...

While we were there the ice machine was broken but when we informed the Reception. They promptly fixed it.... in our room the fridge was broken but again. We informed them and they promptly fixed it..... the staff were great. I would've given them a 5 to be honest. I think the role of the hotel could chamber. The pool was closed kind of early..... the elevator was always warm...... if we do go to AZ...

Clean, well kept room. Beautiful pool. Very helpful, and friendly staff. I will definitely be staying at this Hilton when I'm in the area.

Staff welcoming you to Holiday Inn was excellent.. Catherine was on duty. We had booked for 4 days & feel the room was comfortable. Room staff didn't replace some of the room supplies. When we asked for them they were brought to our room. Appreciate their quick response. Would have liked to have washcloths that weren't so thin. I do recommend Holiday Inn & would stay there in the future...

Courteous check in agent and clean rooms. Only surprise was the $12/day parking fee. Seems like an excuse to add a little extra profit! I will be more vigilant in the future for hidden charges!!

I did not visit the hot tub but the air conditioning and everything else in the room was amazing. The guy and manager that helped me check in were the best! Awesome people.

Charging for every little thing on top of property fees, high sales tax, parking, breakfast gets to the point it ain't worth staying at Hotels.

Great Staff! Room was nice, clean and well equipped. Sonie at the front desk was exceptional. Her helpfulness and focus on customer satisfaction was amazing.

Overall things were fine at this hotel. It's a bit run down, but breakfast was consistent. Our last day, after being at the ER with a sick kid until 5am, we had hoped to sleep until just before checkout time. But our hopes were ruined when we were woken by housekeeping carding into the room at 8:45am. Frustrating that we couldn't take advantage of the time to sleep after being awake all night because...

This was a fantastic stay, room was quiet, comfy and very relaxing. 10/10 recommend this place. Friendly and welcoming staff, breakfast was great and I had no issues.

The room was never cleaned once we checked in. They only emptied the one trash can and leave towels. I would not recommend staying there to anyone. Since the tub was not cleaned I almost fell due to the buildup of shampoo and conditioner as the tub didn’t drain properly.

Night shift front desk employee was kind of rude; in the morning at checkout front desk lady was friendly but her manager is so mean.

I was able to check in a day early. Which was nice. When I got to my room, I looked around. There were stains on the sheets and it looked like the floor hadn’t been vacuumed. Also, in the hallway it looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile. I always keep the air on in hotels to block out the noise. But there was one room that always had loud music playing. The location was perfect for our needs. The room was comfortable and spacious. The location was dog friendly and maintained a descent dog run which allow pets to exercise and do their thing.

The facility is overall good for the price paid but there are some improvements needed: 1. The breakfast is basic continental and replenishment is to be requested especially after first hour. 2. The housekeeping didn't replace the papers cups. 3. The bathroom has stains and was rusted around faucets. 4. It seems like the fitness center is not used and certainly hadn't been cleaned for a long time ...

This property is the saddest Wyndham property I have ever seen. Everything was either worn out or in disrepair.

They are near the justice courthouse. But that is pretty much the only pro.

Just ok, it wasn't horrible, it wasnt great. It did the job for an overnight stay. Bar soap was a suprise. Front desk wasn't the friendliest when we asked for a slightly later checkout. They don't offer that. Breakfast was not good as far as this level of hotels go. Overall the hotel was clean, check in staff was kind. Beds were comfortable enough.

While this property was fine for being a budget friendly option, I would not recommend it. My family had to be moved twice due to one issue after another. It was good...its clean and quiet even though its right off the highway. The hot rub needed a good cleaning but other then that it was a good Spot.

The room was clean except we dropped something behind the TV stand. When we had to move the really heavy furniture to grab what fell, I found a small travel bag that belonged to a previous guest underneath the stand. I'm not faulting the maids for that since nobody is moving that absurdly heavy thing to clean underneath everyday. Everything else was great. Breakfast was good, but there was little variety...

Breakfast was great! Staff was very friendly & helpful. House keeping service lacked attention for 3 days, with the 2nd to our last day of stay being my fault, due to the do not disturb sign on the door. Overall our stay was pleasant & great! 10 out of 10! lacked

The room was fine very comfortable. Staff was fine. Rather distressing that no water available to shower or wash up the day we checked out could not flush toilet. POOR HOUSE KEEPING

Lots of weird smells throughout. The was black hair and an old razor in our shower and on the floor. The fridge and a/c made crazy noises when cycling. The staff was kind though. Just a little underwhelmed and definitely not okay with shower situation as it was clearly not cleaned.

Breakfast was good, but it was open until 9:30am and by 9 most of the food was gone and it was replenished. When asked for more food, it took a while to come out and the line was long. It wasn't worth waiting for more food so we left.

Nice and clean property. We were just a bit disappointed with the food at breakfast. The eggs were weird and the bacon was too thin and brittle and crumbly to the point it didn't even taste like bacon.

The room was nice, however the air conditioning was loud and the blind for the window was not good at all. Bright light from the parking lot interrupted my sleep many times. You should have black out curtains so that the light doesn’t keep people awake. Also down in the snack and personal essential area the person care area drawers were half empty. Food is an unexpected pleasure. Cocktails were over the top. Staff is especially accommodating.

We were excited to stay here, because people we knew have stay in Drury's. We paid for two queen beds and the beds were so small. We measured and they are the size of a full. We were there for a lengthy stay and our room was only cleaned once. We had to pay for a rollaway because we had to big boys and it was so tiny.

Room was very clean and up-to-date. Breakfast had a good variety and selection. Very safe for families.
