Overall this is an excellent hotel. The only inconveniece is there's no eating places nearby.
Convenient but nothing fancy Average hotel, great proce for the Phoenix market. Nothing fancy about the rooms. Beds are super soft and bouncy. Water pressure in the shower is to be desired without the ability to change different settings on the shower head. The food thats offered for breakfast and dinner is very basic. Popcorn in the evenings is convenient for the kids.

Access to the property is easy, every area requires a 4 digit very clean and security walks around at night to ensure the safety of guests, Staff is also friendly and helpful laundry on site as well as gym pool and spa walking distance to some shops and food
This was a really fine hotel, probably the best one I've ever stayed in. I usually go for La Quinta or Days Inn, but I think this was the first suite I ever stayed in! This was like a mini-apartment! Quiet clean and cozy. I was attending a birthday bash. Free use of propane grills. King size bed noce and comfy. We were pretty loud in the rooms and you couldn't hear anything in the hallway.
Nice Hotel. The hot tub worked, good pool, nice rooms. No complaints. Also, it's right next to The U.S. Egg breakfast resturant which isn't the cheapest but it's really good.
Good value during spring training and Nascar weekend. Nice comfy room and bed. Breakfast was very average but the staff was fantastic, especially Alfredo. Fitness room had three machines and only the recumbent bike worked. The fitness room did not have disinfectant wipes. Parking was adequate and the property is near many eateries.

Hotel is at a very convenient location. Close to restaurants.
There was a stove shown in the pics of the room I booked as to why I chose this extended stay but no stove was in our room. We did however love the esthetics and the atmosphere. It was very relaxing and quiet. We loved the location
The breakfast was horrible. Empty everything and not many choices. Bathroom door would not close.
Overall hotel was good. Staff super friendly, pretty clean and comfortable. Pool chairs and other furniture need to be replaced as they are starting to wear down.
The Tv was not working, it had to be fixed 3 times. Front desk was very helpful.
Person/people directly above my room constantly stomping and has woken me up from sleep every single day I was there.

Good location, friendly staff, excellent facilities but thought the covid cleaning was a bit out of date as no masks or social distancing is required in AZ
We love this Holiday Inn. The staff is all so nice and happy, the bed's are super comfy, rooms are very clean, and the location is perfect!
The GPS was wrong, but I eventually found it. Great location. The room was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Drea the bartender was especially nice. I will definitely stay there again next time I'm in town.
Overall a decent hotel, but def not a 3-star. More like a 2.5 star. Also the entire lobby smells like sewer gas. I swear everyone that works here is nose blind to it, and it smells so bad. So if you don't have a very strong sense of smell then this place is the one for you! Otherwise I'd try somewhere else, like the Marriott Residence Inn. Same price and its WAY nicer (and doesn't smell like poop)

Beyond amazing. Only stayed one night, but just wow. Free Keurig coffee. They let you use the liquid creamer if not a fan of the packets. Amazing food. Clean. My fiancé and I checked in late at night and they were very accommodating. I give it 3 stars because the bed is soft and comfy, the service was good, and the shower was hot. However when we checked into our room we saw a cockroach on the wall, and at first that was fine, but more started coming out. I'm assuming Nick is the manager I am very pleased with the hospitality and the room was huge and extremely comfortable, clean. I really appreciate the help. I recently move to Arizona from Minnesota with nothing and living out of my car isn't the easiest thing for me I never been in a situation like this but this hotel definitely made me feel like home. I used this hotel last week. The bed was comfortable and breakfast good. The driver to the airport was very nice and informative. I really enjoyed my time. Will stay here again.
Great place for a great budget only two people per room and location kinda of sucks staff is friendly rooms are clean
This is a clean, family run hotel with comfortable rooms and safe courtyard parking near downtown Chandler. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in the rear room 109 with an enormous king-sized bed that was quiet and like sleeping on a cloud. Large room had a fridge and microwave in a small kitchen area with table.
Fair price. Nicely remolded, nice owners.
