We charge a $100 nonrefundable** pet fee for ANY fur babies. After a fur baby stays with us, we perform a deep clean and take ALL of the used bedding and towels to the dry cleaner for a treatment to ensure future guests do not have any allergic reactions. The fee is to cover the extra costs we incur due to cleaning and being proactive and mindful other guests’ sensitivities; not for the liability if your fur baby chews or damages something. PLEASE assure us that you will pick up after your pet, not allow them on the furniture, and excess pet hair will be cleaned up before departure. An ADDITIONAL $50 fee may be applied if excess pet hair, urine, or feces is found on furniture, floors, and/or yard. Please do not take any of the condiments, spices, butter, oils, or hot sauces in the house. They are for guests’ use only.

The Orange Blossom home sits right in the heart of downtown Williams, AZ. It has been completely... remodeled, and has Air Conditioning, a dishwasher, and lots of space for your family. Home features 3 bedrooms. 3 sofa sleepers with twin beds. Plenty of area for everyone for your entire family to enjoy, everything is all on one level, no stairs. The backyard is landscaped with plenty of gravel and lots of trees that surround the property. Enjoy a backyard barbeque with a propane grill and patio set.
This single-level home with no stairs! Sits on the right on the corner in the downtown area. Walk to shops, the Grand Canyon Railway station, or the visitor center. Linens, towels, pillows, and cookware for adults and children are all in place and available. Central heat, Air conditioner, and thermostat that you control are sitting right on the wall, not pre-set. We just ask you to leave the heat on when you depart the home. In addition, ceiling fans are provided in every room of the house for those who need constant airflow. There is a full kitchen with a dishwasher and plenty of counter space in an open floor plan. The home has landscaping and a small fenced area on a corner lot. You have access to hiking areas like Sycamore Falls and lakes like White Horse Lake, Dog Town Lake, and a 6-mile drive to Kaibab Lake. The nights are beautiful with fresh air, stargazing, shopping, and restaurants all only a few blocks away. We are pet-friendly at an additional charge due to the extra cleaning that takes place. The property is partially fenced.
This Orange Blossom home is sure to keep everyone busy. Inside, we feature 3 bedrooms with a king bed, a queen-size bed, and another queen-size bed. We have an additional 3 twin-size sofa sleepers. The back yard and side yard area has a patio set and a propane barbecue grill for your use. We have some games and books. We also have (2) TVs with Dish satellite, and all 3 have Roku Channel on them. You can also switch over to Roku to sign in and watch your Netflix account or Amazon Prime Video. Bedroom #2 has a sofa sleeper and a kids' puzzle and game selection. The backyard has a corn hole game for your family to enjoy. We have an instruction book inside that lays out all the areas, hiking trails, fishing, and lakes. We are less than 2 miles from Bearizona, and the Deer Farm is just 7 miles away. Enjoy the town of Williams with downtown shootouts, a Historical Brewery, and more. See the South Rim of the Grand Canyon! You may also want to enjoy a drive to Sedona to view the Red Rocks and Oak Creek!
The shopping is amazing and includes, but is not limited to, Native American jewelry, art galleries, clothing, and souvenirs. The local grocery store in Williams is a Safeway. All are just a few blocks away from this home. Do not forget to take time to enjoy all of the wonderful restaurants, including the local wine tastings and breweries in the area!

The queen-sized bed is located in our loft space and is only accessible by the rolling library ladder. It features a wonderful memory foam mattress proving the most comfortable sleep around.
If you don’t feel like going up the ladder to bed, pull out the leather futon, throw on the provided pillow topper and Boll and Branch sheets and slumber downstairs.

Oh Em Gee! This home is ah-mazing! We gutted this home in 2019 and everything is new. We then set... out to furnish it in the coziest way possible and to be honest, it makes me feel like moving back to Arizona and moving in. It has great energy and is oh-so comfortable. I like to call the style mountain bohemian or boho chic. You could easily call it comfortable and cozy, spacious and serene, or family friendly.
There are two homes on this property...book both homes for up to nine guests. Each home has its own private backyard amenities, including a fire pit for each home. The main home, Mountain Digs, has a corn hole court and bbq grill. Each home has its own outdoor private dining areas and space. The second home on the property is a tiny home which only sleeps two people. Both homes can be as private or as social as you want.

Mountain Digs was completely remodeled in 2019 with lots of room to spread out and enjoy your time in beautiful Northern Arizona. In addition to three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, it features large family and dining rooms. The large day bed in the living room includes a twin sized mattress and is super comfy for sleeping.
The open floor plan was designed for the ultimate in entertaining. The large living area is open to a beautiful dining area and fireside sitting area, a great place to enjoy cocktails before dinner or morning coffee as you awaken to the cool pines of Northern Arizona.
Don't worry about your laundry, as you can toss it in the brand new washer and dryer before heading out sight seeing for the day.
Enjoy cocktails and sunset on the veranda (extra large covered porch). It’s beautifully inviting with a cushy outdoor sofa and occasional chairs. As the sun goes down, turn the twinkle lights on so you can extend your evening enjoying the spectacular star-filled nights of Northern Arizona.
Bring your best bbq recipes to roast on the new outdoor gas grill. It’s located on the back porch, just off the laundry room/kitchen area.
