It’s no fault of the hotel, but of stay was not so great due to the people in the room adjacent to ours slamming their door several times at 1230 am. Otherwise; the room was nice, and the free breakfast was very good. It’s also super convenient for getting to the convention center.

The door to the bathroom hung up and was difficult to open. I do not like the new paid parking, especially since they dont take responsibility for any theft or damage. What are we paying for?

Quiet. Clean. And a happy staff. One unique thing I experienced here was the breakfast room and the fact they had a breakfast staff that was extremely friendly, always smiling and cheerful serving.

Donna and the team at breakfast are hands down the best.. They found out it was my birthday and gave me a sweet treat with a candle and sang happy birthday to me. We stay at BW Winner's Circle every year and get the same quality and service year after year. From the front desk to the housekeepers, everyone there is so friendly and happy to be there... Rooms were very well taken care of. Right across the road from oaklawn casino. There are many restaurants close to hotel. The staff are very respectful, helpful and supportive of the many needs of a weary traveler. Definitely would recommend to a friend!

Big shout out to staff for helping us out when another local hotel (Microtel) dropped a no locals policy on us the day of our reservation. We were attending a comedy show at the casino. We made the reservation at least 10 days in advance and received a text the morning of our reservation cancelling due to our address being in Garland county. I've never heard of such a thing. This was a good bang for our buck. This property is definatly a pay for what you get hotel stay. Staff was friendly and assisted us with pur needs. Breakfast was muffins and cereal. Room was clean, air conditioning worked well and front desk staff was very nice. However, there was a problem with housekeeping not putting clean towels in room when cleaning. Breakfast was adequate.

We accidentally pulled into the valet parking lot and one of the valets started screaming at us to get out of the lot and wanted us to back out into traffic. He told us the lot was full and to get out and park in the regular lot down the street. Once we were parked in the right place and had walked back to the hotel, the rest of the staff was great. We didn’t appreciate the rudeness of the valet.

We were given a room that had not been updated and then charged a resort fee. It was not very resort-y. The history and location is amazing though. Very convenient place to stay to visit Hot Springs.

We rented the suite. It was very big room but really had nothing in it. It does have a mini fridge but that's it. The bathtub was long and narrow and pretty dirty. It’s old, but it’s neat the bad part is the key to the rooms is an actual key like your house key so gotta be careful not to lose it. And the mountain side pool on the 7th floor is pretty cool.

We stayed for 5 nights, so we had a good sample size of our experience at Lookout Point. The staff was excellent. They focus on the details, very friendly and always go the extra mile. The room was very clean, nice decor and comfortable. We enjoyed the view of the lake. The breakfast was great and they will accommodate any dietary restrictions. We would definitely stay there again.

This modest motel was clean and comfy. The room (107) was spacious and beds very comfortable. My two negative comments is that there was not a large wastebasket just a small one in the bathroom. The sink/vanity was upgraded but not practical. Too high, limited space for toiletries. Faucet spout too close to bowl of sink making it difficult to wash and rinse face/mouth/hands. This little out of the way motel, which​ you cud tell has ben there very long time, was very clean and the beds and pillows were super comfy,, good price manager very helpful, ,3 because its further away from all the action and attractions, but ok for overnight stays along the way
