Days Inn by Wyndham Bakersfield in Bakersfield

My g/f told me about this chain of motels, said they are like the best. So when we were traveling around, celebrating the covid slow down, we happened to drive past. What was going to be a 1 or 2 day stay became around a week. Check in was easy, no drama, just welcome, enjoy your stay, here is the key.
Room was clean, our bed was clean, no stains, no body fluids to be found, and best of all, no bugs. Floor is a floor, who eats off it, who cares, but, no trash, no roaches or ants, a good thing. Bathroom was clean, tub was clean enough to sit in and both of us fit too, bonus. The guests that stay are a trip. some other reviewers talked bad about them, we had no probs. They were really nice and helpful. When asked where a girl can go, they suggested a few areas, and even helped me pick out appropriate outfits. The pool is nice, and as long as no kids or whiny adults were around, dress code was pretty chill. I can see why my g/f likes this chain, I'm a fan too. Will definitely be back.

They offer late check out up to 30 minutes, however my husband and I didn't check out till 12 after calling for late check out and they didnt trip

Service was absolutely wonderful. There staff were making there rounds there at check out I was running a little behind and never once didI feel rushed they wore smiles as I approached them.

The place was packed but quite and seemed to be running smoothly
