We love staying here and will continue to stay here. This was our first time in a cabin. The cabin itself was great! Very cofrtable and cozy. The only reason I have only 2 stars is that the hand railing broke when it was needed most. We were careful to step cautiously in the steps since they were covered in ice. No elevator. The front desk service was okay. There's a hot spring and a bonfire. It feels like a log cabin.

Extremely disappointed with the services at this hotel. The wine bar was closed, the hot springs were closed, the hotel bar was closed, the arcade was closed... in short, all the services were closed! I chose this hotel precisely for these services, but in the end, I only got a room... I would have been better off staying in a motel! Hotel prices, motel service. No compensation whatsoever!! Rooms were old fashion, old tvs, old couches. The rooms had really small individual beds, no body mirror, nice view, good closet. The living room had an amazing fire place which really kept the whole house warm. The balcony was nice and it has a great view, it was nice how they had seating there too. They had a pool which was heated which was great after skiing.

Such a beautiful clean wonderful place to stay, perfect parking underground, ski gondola right next to resort. No restaurant in resort but full stacked kitchen in your room. You just buy your groceries and cook your fav dishes. Love it !!

If you’re a skier and there is snow in Mammoth, this hotel is perfect because it’s walking distance to the lift. We loved the location and our room was fantastic. The only downside I had was trying to play with the fire stick to watch regular TV. Honestly, I would’ve preferred they had satellite TV or cable since it was game one of the World Series. Nicely appointed condo with wonderful bed. Quiet, comfortable and well maintained.

Staff were very courteous. Rooms are showing their age but clean. Couch bed is very firm just keep that in mind. Excellent location and amenities. Would stay again.

Great staff, always friendly and helpful. Quick check-in, Spacious fully equipped rooms. Underground parking included. Near everything. Lots of things within walking distance in the Village.

Stayed at the village lodge to visit Yosemite NP (40min drive from the east entrance) and Mammoth Lakes this summer (especially enjoyed an icy dip in Horseshoe Lake, photo attached). Staff were really friendly and facilities (hot tub & pool, garage, village shops) were comfortable and pleasant. Highly recommended.

It was a very good experience. The kitchen utensils were particularly complete and it felt like home. Even though I don't like cooking, I still like to try it. I will come again next time!

The room facilities are a bit old. The main thing is that I booked a twin bed and was given a double bed. I had to pay extra if I asked to change the bed. Not cost effective
