Easy and fast check in with friendly staff. Very private but with great views of the golf course. Did not eat at all.

I booked a suite in Phase 1, but was actually given a suite in Phase 2. It's very close to the highway, so I was woken up by the sound of cars early in the morning. There was no room service either, and when I called to add a bed, the call was recorded and I was asked to send a text message. The facilities are quite complete.

The room is not facing the right direction, and the price/performance ratio is not high

Suitable for family vacation, the environment is very beautiful, you can see palm trees and mountains directly from the window, the evening is super beautiful, the room facilities are complete, the refrigerator and microwave are very convenient, but the parking lot is charged

Although the hotel does not have breakfast, the surrounding facilities are complete. The hotel is designed as a holiday villa with a golf course in the middle and multiple swimming pools around it. The overall environment is very good, but there are a lot of mosquitoes in the hotel's grass.

Very good resort hotel, facing the golf course. If you are on vacation, it is very good. There is nothing to choose. You must drive yourself. It has one bedroom, one living room and one kitchen. It is very convenient to cook by yourself. The only regret is that parking is too expensive, 50 US dollars a night

Nice, comfortable beds, clean room, beautiful location and view from our balcony.

Room was in pretty good condition. Could use the crevice tool around the edges of the carpet, and some grout cleaning in the shower. Was told it had golf course & mountain view, and it did. But also a very busy, high-speed road that was loud. 2nd day, no cold water, took a boiling hot shower after a swim. Ouch. It was repaired the next day. Very poor lighting in the bathroom, and suspect the mirror...

The property is clean and safe and family friendly. The restrooms near the pool are clean with lots of lounge chairs. The bed was nice- high quality and comfortable. The king room was small with a decent microwave. The checkout is 10am( they text to remind you)which is early for a resort. Also the ********** fee was not the final amount . The room was nice. After walking around on the brown tile floor, my feet were black! They obviously don't wash the floors on a regular basis. The room was quiet & spacious. Wonderful Place to stay. From the moment you enter the Office, the staff is very welcoming. We got to know several of the employees and just hated to say goodbye. Our room was exceptionally clean and very nice.

Lovely stay at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa. The property was gorgeous! Palm trees and beautiful water everywhere. They even have flamingos out by the front of the resort. Our room was comfortable with a balcony view so we got to take it all in for the 2 days we were there over the Easter weekend. Highly recommend!

When you call front dest, I have waited for a long time.

We stayed here because of Coachella. The environment is great. The golf course is in the entire resort. Because the music festival ended late, the hotel specially prepared supper for everyone to buy, which was very considerate. The corridors and rooms are obviously old, not worth the price. Overall it's OK.

Small room, ugly room, septic truck pumping sewer till 2am by our room. Noise and smell. First stay and maybe last

Room was clean, check-in a little slow, amenities not really used. Saw pickleball courts but no information on whether we could use them or any info on if we could golf at this course. Being a time share property not real accommodating to non-timeshare guests.

My family and I enjoyed our stay it was the perfect relaxing l, family bonding vacation. Something to do all day everyday. I will recommend it to all my family and friends.

Very impressed with absolutely everything about this resort. The villas are equipped with everything you need. The only issue was the king bed mattress in our room was very dipped and well used. This lead to bad sleep over 6 nights. In fact our last night before flying home we had best nights sleep at a comfort inn!

I loved this place the service the rooms everything was clean my wife usually never likes to use the hotels sheets but she did here and was super impressed we always try different spots but this will be our go to now. Can’t wait to be back .

We met up with family from different states. We didn't pick, they did as it was their timeshare points. July 10 is too hot, but we managed to enjoy our visit. Hot hot hot. Hung out at the pool and stayed in air-conditioned rooms. Full kitchen. So we brought groceries and cooked. We had Connecting suites. 4 families. Taking turns cooking meals. It was nice.

Terrific place, loved the unit I was in, great view, nicely renovated, comfortable, I had a terrific stay.

Room was great. I asked the staff about the on-site/golf course side bar/restaurant and what kind of food did they serve. He was 100% wrong. At that point it would be better to say you don't know rather than give a wrong answer. We were fine and this didn't affect our stay or satisfaction at all.

Room was clean but smelled old. The place needs a big renovation. Faucet handle in bathroom was broken. Staff was courteous.

We booked 2 bedrooms, each with a king bed. When we arrived, it was two queens. Not as advertised.

The layout of the room was great, but the excess rugs made it feel dated and dingy. The rugs were noticeably unkept.

We had a great three night stay here whilst visiting the area for Indian Wells Tennis event. Rooms really spacious and kitchen facilities good bonus (grocery store opposite is also handy). Pool area is great for lounging around too. Felt very quiet despite being right off the highway.

Evrything was amazing. Very spacious rooms and love the 24 hr pool. My son enjoyed it alonside the mini golf. Everything was clean and when I checked out and left something in my hotel, staff was great in helping me find it and took it to me at the office. Will be back.

The Inn at Deep Canyon was truly a phenomenal stay when it came to an overnight trip that had amenities we needed and a proximity to our adventures. My experience is from the perspective of a person with disabilities who travels with mobility aides.
