I've stayed at this hotel many times, and overall the service is very polite, the hotel is very clean and the decor is excellent, the parking lot is large, and the daily parking fee is reasonable. The only downside is that there's no breakfast buffet. It would definitely be more popular if the room rate included breakfast.

Matt at the front desk made our vacation stay enjoyable with his great customer service. My family had a great time, location is great to venture around the surrounding cities. Rooms could use some updating and maybe just a bit cleaner. The buffet is definitely NOT worth it...you've been warned, for the price it does not justify the food options.

The Annual Dinner meeting for 200 guests was very well arranged except for the sound system l. We couldn't understand the speakers. The food was good for hotel food and the service unobtrusive. I would definitely recommend that we return here next year.

Clean all around, updated room and bathroom, great location, walking distance to the beach, lots of restaurants, the pier and downtown. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really great!!! I appreciated this the most. They serve a variety of hot, freshly made choices, delicious burritos, including fresh fruit ( watermelon, cantaloupe, pineapple, bananas), bagels, toast, waffles....

The front desk was nice and check in was really simple. Parking was easy and assessable. The hotel was also offering complementary snacks, we did not have any, but I thought that was nice. The room was clean, but right away the toilet was running like the water wasn’t filling up in the tank. Great option to stay local to ventura. The drive to santa barbara was approximately 30mins. Quiet and clean hotel, had no issues with anything. The staff was great and extremely friendly.

Everything was maybe just ever so slightly above average. The breakfast staff were super and it was nice to have a hot food buffet with chilaquiles no less. Paid for a view that was essentially non existent so don’t bother. The fireolace was cool but not visible from lounge areas so that made no sense. This is always our preferred hotel. Always clean, great location, staff is super friendly. Safe to walk. Perfect date night stay.

Great staff, clean rooms the lady doing breakfast service was amazing.

The room was amazing and the space was incredible but we did ask for house keeping and they never came also for two day there was no hot water for us to take a shower. They say they will work on it but it was not fix the next day when we left. It was really disappointing because you expect to take a shower for a long travel back home.

The room really had a strong oder of some fragence that made you feel it was covering up a smell. Didn't like that.

By far the entire staff made our stay so special! Sara, Jamie, Bernadette and all the other staff members we had contact with were so very friendly, courteous and helpful. They listened to our concerns and needs and took care of them with a smile. The breakfast was really delicious and the dining room was clean and neat. The room was very clean, the staff were all very friendly, and the hotel itself was quiet. It was a very peaceful trip and I definitely enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning and the 24/7 coffee.

First time staying at the Ventura location. I noticed there were issues with the bathroom's sink, as the water was going down the drain. I spoke to the front desk, I believe her name was Sarah, she was amazing as she immediately said she would have maintenance take a look, but she switched us to a different room instead to avoid any inconvenience. It was clean , but kitchen had zero amenities. One bed was kinda uncomfortable the other was fine. Staff was fine. Location good. Shower so so.

The rooms were spotless and super spacious! The stand up shower in the bathroom is very nice with plenty of water pressure. Overall we enjoying staying at this spot for the accessibility to local shops and cleanliness.

Our stay was very enjoyable. From the front door to the kitchen it was clean and comfortable. Everything was in working order and the location is prime for walking around.

From the front deak to the quietness and the clean room, it was all outstanding. I asked the guy to show me other rooms for when i take my kids and he was happy to do so and even showed me one with a Jacuzzi for when me and my wife book again, because we are. Thank you for everything.

I LOVE this motel!!! The staff are always friendly, the rooms are absolutely HUGE and the beds are super comfortable. It's close to all kinds of entertainment downtown and close to the beach and shopping also. The rooms have full kitchens with a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and some dishes and pans. You may want to get some plastic silverware or cups but, it depends if you are going...

The room was clean, and new towels were provided on our second day without asking. You could hear the street noise from the room, but I actually enjoy the hum so I slept great. Very comfy bed and pillows, FANTASTIC water pressure - it was like getting a massage which rocked after a long day of hiking on Channel Islands.

We stayed for a night. It suited our purpose just fine. Its an old motel, nothing fancy. The rooms appear to have been updated. Our room was clean with nice size tv. We did not venture much around the area, but looked safe enough and not far from the beach. We took reviewers advice and got take out from the Thai restaurant across the steeet. It was very good.

We were pleasantly surprise at how nice our room was. The beds were comfortable. It was so nice to have a full kitchen. I wasn't expecting that but next time We stay I will take advantage of it. We will be staying here again soon.

Overall, a nice stay. Check in at desk was easy and service great. As one other person mentioned, there was a pretty powerful odor of some sort of disinfectant. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Water in shower was powerful and very hot, excellent for me. Everything was quiet. No noise from other tenants. My room faced the road so some road noise. Ordered dinner from Moons Thai across the street...

24 hr trip for nephew's football game. Only real complaint is that the floors were not swept at all. Room's floor was covered in crumbs and other debris. The rest of the room was clean and served its purpose for one night.
