This newly remodeled 1890's Historic Home has the feel, location, and space you need for a family... vacation! It has a fenced-in backyard for summer BBQs.. It's just 1 block from Frisco's lively Main Street with shops and restaurants. The living room is large and includes an HDTV, fireplace, and large picture windows that offer bright sunlight all day. 10 minutes to Copper MTN Ski, and 15 minutes to other close resorts!
The living room has a pullout queen size bed in it. There is also a day bed in the other room with a TV equipped with many movies for the kids. Washer and dryer are available to use as well. Frisco offers a central location to all 4 of the ski areas and within Frisco, Mountainside sits 5 blocks south of Main Street so it's an easy walk to all the shops and restaurants. Our condo is a short walk to all the shops, restaurants & nightlife Frisco has to offer. Beautiful... mountain views. Free Wifi, cable and covered parking. Excellent, recently remodeled amenities including indoor and outdoor hot tubs, an indoor pool, sauna, steam room, tennis, volleyball, and racketball courts. Recently updated (November of 2022) with new carpet, tile, paint, appliances, lighting and bedroom furniture. Ideally located near 5 major ski resorts!
The condo has 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen and king bed, with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the second full bathroom down the hall. The living room has a loveseat with a pull out twin sleeper. There are great views from the deck, which is equipped with a propane grill. In November of 2022 I have updated the condo with many new cosmetic and practical updates including new carpet, tile, paint, appliances, lighting and bedroom furniture. There are still things that need updating (I am looking at you... bathrooms). The condo is super conveniently located with wonderful amenities and plenty of beds for everyone. Cozy 850 sf, the condo is furnished with an eye towards functionality and efficiency. To save space I have included a coffee table that converts to a dining table and folding upholstered dining chairs that easily stow out of the way. Also, all of the bedroom end tables have built-in outlets, so you will never have to search for an outlet to charge your electronics. We have covered parking for 1 car, as well as additional uncovered parking if needed.

The Mogul Hut is a 3rd (Top) floor condo with vaulted ceilings, skylight, remodeled kitchen, stone... fireplace, King bed primary, upper floor Loft w/Queen bed, Full Size Bunk Room w/extra twin and 2 full bathrooms.
The balcony has views of Buffalo Mountain, Peak 1, and many more as well as a creek flowing down just below. We are walking distance to the Frisco bike path and only a 1/2 mile from downtown Frisco and free Summit County shuttle. We are in Building C, which is the closest you can be to the clubhouse that features an indoor pool, 4 hot tubs, racquetball / pickleball, sauna, steam room, laundry, and locker rooms. There is also an outdoor tennis court, sand volleyball, and horseshoe pit. The hiking and biking are right out the back door and Main St. Frisco is only a 1/2 walk.
