ASKED FOR A WAKE UP CALL AT 4 AM AND NEVER RECEIVED THE CALL. GOOD THING MY ALARM WAS SET

Overall satisfaction. I’ve been staying here once a year for the last 3 years and it is always a good experience. Comfort. Clean. Great service. Great Cafe. Good location.

The room was clean. The bed in our room was comfortable, and the amenities were adequate. One thing to note is breakfast is not complimentary. It is provided for a cost. The surrounding area is beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It was clean safe and served the purpose. Only negative was all the gates accessing the Riverwalk and the outside were locked maintenance forgot to unlock them in the morning and the Palmetto bug running around my room and then hiding under the platform bed.

Some of the staff who worked the morning shift in cafe not so friendly. Grenville, who served us on Sunday evening 10/05/25 was a wonderful person. We had a great time he was kind took care of our needs. Not having certain things such as water to cook Mac n cheese micro products and the soups. Not a good thing. Not being open for lunch and not opening till 5 not convenient.

Stopper in bathtub was broken. The toilet kept re-cycling after flushing. The water valve is defective.

Small bed, dark rooms, poor tv, good location, easy check in. Value hotel.

We booked this hotel last minute for my son’s soccer tournament since most nearby places were over $250 and this one was about $145. For the price, it worked, but there are some important things to know. The room was generally clean, recently renovated, and in a convenient location. Out of the one cockroach I saw in my room, the overall room was clean with renewed hotel room furnitures. I didn’t use the breakfast bar because it wasn’t worth the effort.

Clerk was very pleasant. Room is quite tired and needs updating; ok for one night. Heat did not work.

We stay here twice a year. Comfy beds. Good TV. Hot shower. We always need a first floor room as hubby cant do stairs and they always oblige hubby camt do steps

Check in staff was friendly and efficient even though she was having a ruff night. The room was clean and newly remodeled. Towels were fluffy😃

Room was ok, except floors.Feet were black within 10 min.I asked for a mop, and was told to wait till morning. I decided to use their 1 towel(torn anyhow) &i had lysol with me.

The hotel was under construction and was not maintained. Garbage and metal roofing qas being rossed from rooftop to walkway right at our room door. It was incredibly loud and incredibly dangerous. Was not even thrown close to caution taped iff area. Was just thrown pretty forcefully to walkway. That being said, the staff was incredibly professional. and accommodating

Hi. I like this hotel big room good price and good quality hotel nice parking.

Most of service is good, however, the internet connection is not really good.

We only slept there. The hotel needs work done; you can tell is for workers and people that pass by. It's a little shady but like I said . It was just to sleep, and it was closed to the beach.

Very accommodating and good location

Skipped the horrible food they clamed was breakfast. Not enen tea. Not every one drinks coffee. Went down the street to I Hop. It was good for what i needed. A place to sleep for one night at a good rate

The room was nice but it was musky smelling so I turned on the air conditioner before we left for dinner and I don’t think it worked well

Staff was courteous room was ok for one night, could have use a little bit more cleaning on the walls but it worked out!

Toilet did not flush stains on one of the bed sheets that was crusty. Drapes on the window had to be manually closed.

Love this Hampton property. Well appointed hotel on a historic building in downtown Bradenton. Safe for evening walk for a nice dinner on the Manatee River. We will definitely stay there again if we need a place in Bradenton for ourselves or visiting guest.

The hot food could have been cooked with better quality. The eggs were very soggy and wet. The meat to not taste very good either. Other than that this day was pleasant
