This single family home on large lot and cul-de-sac street has been totally renovated with new everything in 2010. Tiled floors throughout, large granite counter top, stainless steal appliances, decorative lighting, modern bathrooms, and a large wrap around balcony with comfortable patio furniture surrounded by romantic white curtains giving you a true resort feel. The home is open, bright, and warm. New leather sectional sofa with 3 recliner (2018). Better then my own home! You can watch all the movies on a high definition 65 inch flat screen T.V. with surround sound. Kitchen area has a desk area where you can connect your computer to High Speed wireless internet (Fee Wifi) for those days where you just got to get some work done. The master bedroom has a king size bed (firm memory foam mattress), flat screen TV, and small private bathroom. The second bedroom sleeps 4 with one queen, top twin XL bunk on top, and twin XL trundle at bottom. Master has streaming T.V. . The home is on a deep canal ocean side (no issue for large boats), 75 foot private concrete dock with electricity and water. Rental includes dockage for ONE large boat. Boat lift on property is not available for renters. The home also has a chain link fence giving you peace of mind that outdoor toys are secure as well as security camera on boat slip area and front parking/entrance (although not needed, its very safe here). Note, no other security cameras as your privacy is respected. You can relax on the hammock under the coconut palms trees while the others in your party clean the catch of the day on our large fish cleaning table with it's own knife sharpener. Home is walking distance to everything you can need (deli, liquor store, movie theater, Kmart, Winn Dixie, Publix, Walgreens, Home Depot, and Park! Perfect for teens that can't drive but like their independence walking or riding bike by themselves to the park, movies, or shops. Family reunion? Inquire about nearby homes which are also available for rental.
Although Marathon is located about midway on the keys chain, it has just about anything you would need during your stay, including marathon airport (charter flights from Miami) and hospital in case you need medical attention during your stay. Key west is just a 45 minutes away. One of the best surprises when i bought this home was Sombrero Beach. This beach is only 5 minutes away by car and maybe 15 minute bike ride. Sombrero beach has white sand, coconut palms, private clean bathrooms, two volleyball courts, children play area with grass, barbecue grills and picnic tables, and the beautiful view of the ocean. A must visit. My teen (adult now) use to love marathon community park, which has its own X-tream skateboard park . This park has four tennis courts, a tennis wall, a combination hockey/basketball court (3 courts), two little league fields, and two soccer fields. There is also, two shuffleboard courts, two bocce ball courts, a batting cage, concession stand, amphitheater, picnic areas, and restrooms. Also, your teen will love to try out the cable wake boarding park! If you want to take a dip in a pool just go to sunset grill and raw bar where they have one of the largest pool in the keys overlooking the ocean at the seven mile bridge (free). Watch the sunset from here while at the bar listening to margaritaville. Enjoy some of the best fishing and diving available in the world. Sombrero reef is 4.5 miles away from our dock. It offers a spectacular reef and is just minutes away by boat ride. The seven mile bridge is probably the premiere location for the greatest game fish in Florida waters, the tarpon. The best part is that you will get top quality at a rate that can’t be beaten.

You can rent a car or use taxis to go around marathon key. There is a bus that drives down to key west and bicycles can be ridden around the neighborhood or to the beach. Parking is directly in front of the home and a key will be left in a lockbox.

You'll love this place! With great attention to detail, this 3/2 house is conveniently located in a... quiet yet centralized area. The famous Sombrero Beach is just a hop-skip and a jump away.
This house is very spacious; sleeps up to 8; and has a large kitchen with all the comforts of home. You'll also appreciate the convenience of a laundry room. This house is completely stocked to make your vacation perfect; including the must-have blender. On a rainy day, you can stay indoors watching cable TV on flat screen TVs with DVD players in each room. The house is nicely decorated and more importantly, very clean. The master bedroom has a King-size pillow-top bed to dream for. The 2nd room has a queen bed fit for a queen; and the 3rd room has a full-size bed with trundle. All new plush linens are included. The yard is large enough for trucks, cars or other toys with plenty of room left over to just lounge around the above-ground pool, in the patio or on the hammock. The BBQ is ready and standing by for your freshest catch; a couple of burgers; or your favorite meal. There's a large dock with everything for the serious fisherman, including a fish cleaning table.
There's no need to worry about the added cost and inconvenience of renting bicycles. Here, you'll enjoy free use of our bicycles to roam the island during your stay. You'll love our bicycle built for two! There are lots of places to visit at your leisure without the need of a car. Indoor games such as Wii, checkers, backgammon and poker cards also provided. wi-fi included.
Boat Lovers-- this is it!
If you have a boat and love fishing, you'll love the docking facilities at this house. The dock is 50 ft. long on a deep canal and well lit for the night owl who loves to hang out by the boat while still within socializing distance. So boaters wont miss happy hour activities with the rest of the crowd. The dock is also equipped with bumpers to protect your boat; and water hoses for easy cleaning and preparation. It's truly a great place to hang out with lots of space for everyone.
You name it - this house offers many details designed for comfort and practicality. You can't beat the convenience of several nearby boat ramps. Boaters can easily access either oceanside or the gulf by way of 7-mile bridge for back country flats fishing. You'll have it all.
Great surroundings!
Everything is a just short distance away. Sombrero Beach has areas for picnics, vollyball, and a playground for the little ones. For shopping, there's Publix, Kmart, Walgreens, as well as many local establishments to make your stay more comfortable, including a nearby post office. There are countless restaurants with a good variety within 1 mile. The 7-mile bridge is also nearby. Feel like dinner and a movie? We have a great place for you. The quaint movie theater nearby plays the latest popular movies and even serves wine. A few minutes down the road, visit the Sunset Grill for great lunch or dinner poolside with ocean view.
If you just want some quiet time to relax and reflect, there's a nearby public library; but if you're in the mood for KEY WEST--just jump on the convenient Trolley, which picks up next to Kmart for a nominal fee.
Aside from Sombrero Beach Park, you can go to the huge Marathon Park just a few minutes away that has lots of activities for kids of all ages, (tennis, skateboard, playground, etc.) If you want to try something different, visit the Dolphin Research Center & swim with the dolphins. So many things to do, places to go and things to see--or NOT... It's the Florida Keys... Do what you want --when you want.

Welcome to Casa Pina! Enjoy your trip to the keys in this stunning custom canal-front craftsman... style 3 bedroom/3 bathroom house, with soaring 25 foot wood ceilings, your own private pool, large yard and 40 foot dock. There is ample parking in the driveway, enough for four cars+ or three and a boat.
The upstairs living area spans roughly 1,500 sq ft with a great open floor plan living space with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Nearly all the furniture in the house is new as of 2021. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. The oversized second bedroom also has a king size bed with a queen size sleeper sofa. The third bedroom has a queen/full bunk bed.
For your sleeping comfort, all mattresses are Casper mattresses. Also provided is ultra fast 800mb/s internet to satisfy all of your streaming or work-from-home needs. There are TV's in every room, with Xfinity cable/streaming, Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime Video.
The downstairs adds about another 800 sq ft of indoor/outdoor entertaining space that is great gathering with family and friends. The huge screened in porch has its own dining area, bar with a TV, seating area and full bathroom. Additionally, there is a game room that has a pool table/ping pong table. There is also an outdoor refrigerator with a freezer for the fishermen to store their bait and keep your beverages cold.
Outside you have your pool, grill and plenty of places to gather with your family and friends. For your enjoyment there are paddle boards and kayaks provided that can be launched from the dock.
Bring your up to 30 foot boat and head out to partake in the Florida Keys world renowned fishing, just a 2.5 mile ride to the Knights Key Channel for quick access to the Ocean or Gulf.
This house is very centrally located in Marathon, close to everything the key has to offer. Its also incredibly convenient with plenty with in walking distance including Sandle Factory, a deli/liquor store, a theater, gym, Walgreens, Publix and Winn Dixie, all with in a very short walk. Marathon's prettiest beach, Sombrero Beach is just a mile down the road.
For your convenience we have a Sunday check in/check out, which will give you lighter traffic both ways and cheaper airfare.

Located right on a canal (just 15-20 minutes from open water) it has its own private dock (can accommodate up to a 40' boat on a 30' dock), fish cleaning station, private pool, hot tub, and two single kayaks! There is a neighborhood beach just down the street and the grocery store is hardly a minute away! Located in the heart of Marathon, MM50, great restaurants and activities are within a 5-10 minute drive!
The Master Bedroom is located upstairs and has a king bed, flat screen TV, an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and water closet. Upstairs are two guest bedrooms that share a hall bath. One is a King with a flat screen TV and the other has bunk beds with a trundle (twin/full/twin), a flat screen TV and an XBOX 360 with games! The guest room downstairs has a King bed, flat screen TV, and its own bathroom. You'll enjoy a beautiful view down the canal from the second floor balcony and the colors from the sunrises and sunsets!
In addition to the pool, hot tub, and kayaks, Marathon Angler's Retreat has plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys and umbrella, and board games (plus a tv in every bedroom and living room, XBOX360 and games)! Enjoy grilling (both charcoal and gas grills) on the covered patio downstairs! There is plenty of parking, too, for your boat trailer and cars (covered parking and a parking area on the side of the Villa that can accommodate additional cars and boat trailer)! Depending on the size of the cars, you could possibly park up to two cars in the carport and there are two additional spots. This property cannot accommodate two boats. Each bedroom provides a smart tv and the living room provides a tv with basic cable and for those guests who have to work while on vacation we offer free high-speed Wi Fi in our home. Our bedrooms are beautifully decorated in Coastal décor that allows you to soak in the “Keys Living” concept and we hope you never want to leave, just like us! The Master bedroom consists of a comfortable King bed, dresser, tv, large walk-in closet and bathroom suite for any couple who likes plenty of room while getting ready for the day! This bedroom is located just off the living room area and away from the other 3 bedrooms for added privacy and offers a small private balcony to view the lower-level outdoor area, great for a morning cup of coffee to soak in the day before the rest of the family wakes up. Bedroom 2 offers a comfortable Queen bed, dresser, tv, large closet and a private bathroom with shower tub. Bedrooms 3 and 4 offer a comfortable Queen bed, dresser in each bedroom, tv, closet and share a bathroom with tub/shower just off the hallway. We do offer 2 twin air beds that are in the Master closet for those who don’t like to share a bed and want that extra little bit of room, these can fit into any of the 4 bedrooms. All beds are made upon your arrival and towels are provided in each bathroom for our guests. An extra set of sheets is provided for the twin beds as well. We provide beach towels for up to 10 guests at our home.
The outside area is equipped with a smart tv to watch the games or a good chic flic while grilling your fresh catch of the day or lobster and shrimp isn’t a bad meal on the grill! We provide seating for our guests with new lounge chairs around the pool area to enjoy a little Vitamin D and Sea while reading a good book, closing your eyes to listen to the birds or just to lounge while watching the kids in the pool. Who doesn’t adore a nice ice machine for fishing or boating, refilling your glass while sitting at the pool or beach lounging with a cooler and we also provide a small frig that can be stocked up with your favorite beverage of choice while outside. The pool is nothing shy stunning and comfortable with optional pool heat during the cooler season.
Our dock can accommodate a boat up to 36 ft. with a fish cleaning table and lights and bait freezer for the avid fishing person. 2 Single person kayaks with vests/paddles are provided on our property along with 5 bikes for those who like to venture out on the water or the many amazing trails Marathon has to offer.
