I literally had to listen to the people above my room pace the floor, (my ceiling) all night long..every time they got up I got to hear everything.... Don't stay in this hotel unless you are on the 3rd floor....

The room was clean, but the hotel ran out of drinking water the first night. On the second night, they ran out of lettuce, so I couldn’t order the salad I wanted. On the third night, the remove my clean towels, so I have to use the ones I used the last 3 days.

The staff was friendly. The room was ok, but the bed sheets were rough and had a strong smell of laundry chemicals.

Due to a “senior moment”, we left a couple of things behind in the room after we checked out and were 100+miles down the road. The staff graciously retrieved our possessions and held them for us while we doubled back.

The experience could be improved. The hotel was having trouble with the door locks. Almost every day there was an issue where an engineer was needed. I could not get in the room until the engineer arrived. I was moved to a different room and there was problems with the desk figuring out the number of days of my stay; hence, I got locked out a day even though I was paid for four days. In the new room, there was no working telephone. I put in a request that was never addressed.
Outside of these issues, the hotel is very clean and the majority of the staff is very attentive. The rooms are beautiful.

absolutely terrible!!!! BLOOD ON THE COMFORTER!!!!! Mold all covering the air vent!!!! Said there was "complimentary breakfast and there was nothing!!! All around not a good experience!!!! VERY UNPLEASED FOR FREAKING $130 for ONE NIGHT!!!!

Loud music and noise from nearby rooms - 3 AM. Free coffee in room machine - who uses these? fresh coffee available downstairs but not free...?
Modern updates in lobby. Room decor felt early 1990s.
Upside(somewhat), body wash dispenser in shower was empty or the pump broken. Requested service and was was addressed for the second night's stay.
All said, the stay was just okay.

Breakfast was supposed to be included . . . One choice - 2 eggs and one cup of juice. Very poor - felt we were a bother asking about breakfast
