My family and I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and modern! Would stay here again for sure!

Hotel was nice for the area but I don't think it should have been that expensive.

Good hotel, good location, old, but reasonable for a hotel like this.

The hotel is not too far from the airport, so it is very convenient. Opposite is the beach. It is a good choice to take a nap and go to the beach to stare blankly. There is a swimming pool downstairs. It is also very convenient to shop and eat around. It takes less than ten minutes to drive. The lady at the front desk wrote a small note very carefully.

I came here with my boyfriend for our first trip. The front desk was so nice! The view from the room is so beautiful, and the room is new and clean! The location is convenient, there is a nice beach just across the street. We'll definitely come back again! Highly recommend!!!

My partner and I booked penthouse and although we booked this for part of our stay knowing we won’t be spending much time in the room itself due to tours, we at least expected cleanliness, quiet and comfortable sleep. The beach view was beautiful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here very much. We were delighted to have 4 baby birds outside of our room that would visit us. So adorable 😍

This hotel is located just across from the beach, a great experience sleeping to the sound of the waves, the rooms are newly renovated and spacious, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the hotel lends beach chairs and coolers, I highly recommend this hotel

Huge problem, there is a lady that lives in the condos and harassed my family the whole time. My family felt threatened, this isn’t a family friendly place. Great location by main street, but very quiet. Property was kept-up well; room was spacious, modern and clean. Felt safe, staff was great, and enjoyed being across the street from the ocean. Everything you'd want or need is just a short drive. The restaurant onsite is also very good.

This is an older property but well maintained and clean. Staff was very kind. Just be aware there is no air conditioning. The windows all Open and there are fans but the rooms are quite warm.

No AC a deal breaker in Hawaii. I didn’t notice until after I booked. There was also a resort fee? For what? We couldn’t get more than one station on the TV. Great place to stay the grounds are beautiful and you're close to the highway to get around the island. It's not so great if you're looking for walking distance to restaurants or shops, pretty much just the beach and other condo buildings around you

Great stay- we stayed for a week! 3 of us couples.. it was an amazing home away from home! The pool and hot tubs were a nice addition at night!

We had a great stay at Koa Resort. I loved opening the doors in the morning to listen to all of the birds. The courtyard was so pretty, the kids loved the pool and playing ping pong. They also had barbecues, shuffleboard and tennis courts. It was just a short walk to the beach across the street.

This resort is in the heart of kihei and right by the water. The resort had a amazing pool and hot tub. Our townhouse was very nicely updated and our owner was very responsive to our questions. The grounds are kept up and very quiet. We would stay here again!

We rented an upper unit at Koa Resort and because each unit has a different owner, some of this review is not applicable to all units. I liked the location and the amenities. I was upset about the fact that the room was only clean in visible areas. It didn't seem that the housekeeping ever vacuumed under the beds or washed the sofa cover or table mats. You should expect that dishwasher detergent is not provided and you'd need to buy your own. Our family of five had a great stay at Maui Sunset. The condo was spacious and comfortable and very nice inside. We loved having a kitchen and washer and dryer. Great location wonderful property great proximity to the town of Kihei. Walk from your room right to the beach or the pool. good swimming and walking beach, the room was simple but very nice. It had all the amenities to I'm going to smoothie or Margarita to making a waffle for your breakfast would stay here again!

Air conditioner was a hit and miss, intermittently worked, towels / bathroom rug was very dirty / aged - not usable at all, hot tub was out of service, shower tiles appeared dirty - showered with flip flops, the trails to the beach and beach view saved the over all score. Overall, “ok” but didn’t go to Maui for the hotel so trip was just fine.

I booked this condo sight unseen on the internet with Naomi Bennet of Maui Coast Condos. It was the best! Decorated like a surfer's apartment right down to the shower curtain hooks. If you’re looking to go to the beach everyday and walk into the town to eat, this is a great place to stay. We did not use the pool but it looked nice. Beautiful condo in a great area. Everything you need for a fantastic holiday. We wanted for nothing apartment was spotless and fully equipped with all essentials. Area is stunning numerous beaches to choose from. Also a pool area very clean and laundry facilities too. Excellent.

We loved the place and will definitely return. The place has a spectacular view, was very clean, and had a kitchen and all the necessary equipment for us to cook breakfast each morning. Was perfect for our family!
