My family and I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and modern! Would stay here again for sure!

Hotel was nice for the area but I don't think it should have been that expensive.

Good hotel, good location, old, but reasonable for a hotel like this.

The hotel is not too far from the airport, so it is very convenient. Opposite is the beach. It is a good choice to take a nap and go to the beach to stare blankly. There is a swimming pool downstairs. It is also very convenient to shop and eat around. It takes less than ten minutes to drive. The lady at the front desk wrote a small note very carefully.

I came here with my boyfriend for our first trip. The front desk was so nice! The view from the room is so beautiful, and the room is new and clean! The location is convenient, there is a nice beach just across the street. We'll definitely come back again! Highly recommend!!!

It was ok. Our original flight was cancelled so we arrived a day late. Apparently we checked in the night before? so we didnt have a room ready when we arrived at midnight and had to wait. Once in room, it was spacious but lacking a few things. For example no couch, table or even chairs to sit at. There was a small desk with a rikety office chair that had a screw petruding the seat. Nice clean room. Very comfortable bed. Nice view of the ocean just wish the windows were cleaned so it was easier to see out of.

Close location to beach. No hot water for our showers. Bathroom cabinets were falling apart. Very comfortable bed

Upgraded to Junior suite. Hot tub was a nice bonus. Bed was comfortable. Short walk to beach across the street. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Did not overlook beach but less than 30 feet from the sand. Great location. Very pleased. Hope to return soon

Our place was nice, and the pool area/grounds were very lovely! We loved the main floor suite with direct access to the pool, as well as the little “backyard/patio”.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The grounds were beautiful and very well kept. The pool was pristine. Being right across the street from the beach was perfect for our morning beach strolls. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Set up of the room, most staff were great. Mark the security guard was fantastic & friendly. Clean BBQ’s daily !

Excellent place to stay. Kīhei is one of the best areas of Maui to stay. Low key and not overly crowded but still areas close by for more action.

I liked the location and the amenities. I was upset about the fact that the room was only clean in visible areas. It didn't seem that the housekeeping ever vacuumed under the beds or washed the sofa cover or table mats. You should expect that dishwasher detergent is not provided and you'd need to buy your own. Same goes for shampoo and shower gel, which I didn't expect. There is a notice in the room...

Very convenient location, quick access to the beach and clean rooms. Room had surfboards and beach chairs to enjoy the beach.

Our family of five had a great stay at Maui Sunset. The condo was spacious and comfortable and very nice inside. We loved having a kitchen and washer and dryer. The facility courtyard has lots of activities (putting, pickle ball, bocci, and ) along with the pool. It was a great home base for our family vacation and not overly crowded or touristy like other spots on the island. Lots of food and shopping...

No spotless because it wasn’t ready when we arrived due to mistake on housekeeping schedule of us arriving, leaky tub and partially clogged sink in main room but other than that it was adequate

Staff working at resort were not friendly. Condo itself was beautiful and had great views.

Everything was perfect. This is our third time coming to Sugar Beach.

We had a side tower view which was amazing. We saw an amazing sunset every night. Unit had outstanding amenities. From cookware to utensils to spices and dishes, towels, etc.. All our needs were met. I want to rent this unit again!

Great location wonderful property great proximity to the town of Kihei. Walk from your room right to the beach or the pool. good swimming and walking beach, the room was simple but very nice. It had all the amenities to I'm going to smoothie or Margarita to making a waffle for your breakfast would stay here again!

Swimming pool and hottub, as well as the area were incredibly clean. The only issue we had was the internet going down during NYE.

Great place to stay in Kihei. Short walk to the beach. Nice beaches less than a 5 minute drive. Close to shopping and restaurants. Great place for the kids to run around. Pool is awesome. Half is shallow (2-5ft) and the other side is the deep end. Great family place. Our condo has a great kitchen.

I just assisted a Seller on selling their 2 bedroom condo in Koa Resort! I live in the same neighborhood so very familiar with the community and it's charm. The grounds at Koa Resort are meticulously maintained and in comparison to other condo complexes, Koa offers the best amenities: pool, hot tub, tennis court, storage for large water equipment and located across the street from the beach!

I love the Koa Resort because it provides a peaceful, beautiful and family friendly atmosphere. Kelly, the property manager for immediately puts you at ease and is super knowledgeable about Maui. If you are tired of the busy and sometimes frenetic vibe of the Kihei condos closer to the 3 Kamaloe beaches down the road, come to the Koa resort, there are beaches across street too, but their pool is...

Koa Lagoon isn't fancy. Use the shopping cart to drag up your luggage. Our unit had everything you need if you want to cook. Pool is nice, don't mind the concrete wall around it. Bbq away. Why you really should go? It's pure oceanfront. Grass area oceanside if you have kids that need to run free. The other excellent thing about it is Linda. No one will take better care of you than her.

We rented Koa Lagoon for a week. Could not have gone any easier.
