Our room had a beautiful view and the hotel was in a great location. The staff was friendly. We had a really great stay!

Everything was nice except for the resturant part because there was no heat so we had to somewhere else but besides that and the pool being closed its a 10/10 hotel really nice for a getaway trip.

The breakfast buffet was great and clean and abundant. Food was bit cold....but the atrium is freezing. Awevice was great

The bar was not open when it said it should have been. The Starbuck’s closed at 4pm even though electronic signs throughout said 6pm. The pool was closed but strangely located right at the entrance. Signage from the parking garage to lobby is very lacking. I noticed multiple people just as confused as we had been.

Hotel staff was friendly. I had a room on 4th floor and it was comfortable and clean and quiet. There was a leak in the shower stall and the bathroom floor was almost flooded. It was chilly in the room and when I turned on the heater it smelled like diesel exhaust and made me dizzy so I turned it off.

A Nice Hotel We stayed at the South Bend Doubletree during football weekend at Notre Dame. The hotel has been freshly remodeled and was extremely convenient with its proximity to the University of Notre Dame. Special recognition to Randall and Brandon at the front desk. The Inn at Saint Mary's

The front desk was extremely helpful and room is nice, but ******* needs to update information because it was listed as with a pool and in the past they had an agreement with the pool next door. My 13 year old was crushed there was no pool access (as listed online — in multiple places)

Staff at check in was great, liked they acknowledged vip status benefits, room was very clean and attention to detail stood out, breakfast was delicious- would definitely return!

I used a Tesla destination charger. One port was broken and the other one was not stable. So I used other general EV chargers. They are free of charge.

Staff was super friendly! Easy checkin. Room was so comfortable and clean! Beautiful hotel and so close to the game.

Breakfast ofered good selections. Also food was hot and rotated. Staff was present often. Quiet area available as well as front lobby. Plenty of seating.

Staff was courteous. Room was clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was nice and had plenty to choose from.

The front desk staff for every shift were THE BEST!! I met them all as I arrived @ 4am and came & went through each shift change during my stay. Everyone was friendly & personable, including the housekeeping staff members I met too. I was very far from Texas but felt as if I was surrounded by the friendliness of my home state. Thank you for making my stay to have my dream of seeing my first Notre Dame...

The room was old, and the paint was peeling from the corners. The building is aged. It has a lot of potential, but it remains an old hotel for now.

Was assigned a room that wasn't ready. Keeys weren't properly programmed. Corrected without issue. Room was clean and relatively quiet. Decor was a bit dated, and furnishings were a bit worn. Staff was pleasant and met my needs and addressed my concerns.

Very good. Clean and comfortable. Bed and bedding were great. We did not think breakfast was anything special but they did have a variety. We would certainly stay there again when in the area.

The room is huge. The bed is unbelievably comfortable. The living room style chair is so nice. The shower is fantastic with provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The free breakfast is amazing. The eggs taste like my mom made them. The bacon is well cooked. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Staff was very friendly and the continental breakfast was solid. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Tub faucet leaked at night and the AC/heater rattled like crazy when on so sleep was interrupted quite a few times. Solid 4/5. Would stay here again. Perfect location for ND games.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The front desk staff was absolutely amazing—when I thought I lost my keys (thankfully I found them), they were so kind, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole situation. It really made a stressful moment much easier. The breakfast attendant was also wonderful—she asked how our stay was and was genuinely sweet and welcoming. Little interactions like that...

The only problem that I had was, they did not clean my room. I was in meeting all day and I came back that night; the room was not clean. They had no cleaning person on staff in the evenings/ nights.

Staff was very welcoming, friendly, helpful and accommodating upon arrival. Hotel is very nice, rooms are a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Location is perfect for anything at the Notre Dame campus.

I dont stay in many hotels so I dont have alot to compare it too but I thought it was great

Nice 3 floor hotel. Alot of amenities come with the hotel such as a pool and gym. Staff was friendly and helpful with anything. Area has alot of food options so there's no need to suffer to find what to eat. Rooms were clean except for the bathroom but overall nice.

This hotel is in a great location! Bed comfortable, breakfast was great. Check out process was quick no waiting. Jenny was awesome!

The staff is incredible. They are so kind and upbeat, no matter what time of day it is. Would highly recommend for the staff alone.

Exceptional service! Comfortable beds, even the pullout was comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous, the staff actually kept it well stocked while enjoying our breakfast. The staff was very nice. Really enjoyed my stay and will be staying again.

The Comfort Inn &Suites in Mishawaka was a Great Experience. Lisa at the front desk is an exception person and went out of her way to be sure we enjoyed our stay. We were on spring break with our grandson and this was a highlight for us with a whirlpool tub in our room. The twelve 12:00 check out gave us extra time to swim before leaving.

I stay here often for business. Staff is always positive and pleasant, and they go out of their way to ensure that you enjoy your stay. The rooms are quiet, nice and clean. Great location near various shopping and dining choices.
