Our room had a beautiful view and the hotel was in a great location. The staff was friendly. We had a really great stay!

Everything was nice except for the resturant part because there was no heat so we had to somewhere else but besides that and the pool being closed its a 10/10 hotel really nice for a getaway trip.

The first room I got lost water pressure the first night, so we had to change rooms at 2:00 am. The second room wasn't nearly as nice as the first, and only had hot water sometimes. There was no mention, nor any sign of continental breakfast. 5 out of 5 I would not recommend. The staff did their best. The facility appears to be well kept, however it is sub-par at best.

I forgot my purse at home , the didnt let me in,even my room was paid for and I showed the confirmation number on my phone to the receptionist. Ì had to drive back to Chicago at night.
I have similar situation at another hotel. And I was able to stay without any questions.

The bar was not open when it said it should have been. The Starbuck’s closed at 4pm even though electronic signs throughout said 6pm. The pool was closed but strangely located right at the entrance. Signage from the parking garage to lobby is very lacking. I noticed multiple people just as confused as we had been.

2) I booked a room with a king bed, but was initially set up in a room with 2 full beds and had to be moved.
2) Ate dinner at the hotel restaurant. My order was mishandled taking a long time to come out and wrong side was given.

Hotel staff was friendly. I had a room on 4th floor and it was comfortable and clean and quiet. There was a leak in the shower stall and the bathroom floor was almost flooded. It was chilly in the room and when I turned on the heater it smelled like diesel exhaust and made me dizzy so I turned it off.

Receptionist at front desk was hardly welcoming. Refrigerator in room did not work. Outside the room and all of the common areas, including dining area, were freezing cold with blowing air. When I say cold, like between a refrigerator and freezer cold.
The best part was the breakfast buffet and the nice hostess. I remember years ago this place was a Marriott. What a disappointment.

The first room was filthy, the second room was better although it was still not as clean as I felt it should have been. The hotel was not very clean either. The floors in the halls need vacuuming. The breakfast was warm ish and way overpriced. 18 bucks to eat what you get at other hotels for free. It was basically eating in a freezer staff members even wearing winter coats inside. The desk staff was good but the hotel isn’t. I’ve stayed at many Marriotts and have never been more disappointed.
