Breakfast was amazing, the one day I got it. I had an early morning flight the second morning and asked for a voucher for lunch or dinner since I paid for breakfast and wasn't offered anything but a cookie.
Room very clean and now they have sound machine in room a real plus for our group!!
Clean room, great food from room service. But for the price send out real silverware, eating with cheap plastic is for cheap hotels. Hilton Doubletree is in its own class.
We ate dinner & breakfast in the 16th floor restaurant. It was very good.
This was one of the nicest hotel stays I can remember. Everyone in the hotel was not only efficient, but really collegial. The hotel was comfortable and spotless and it had the fastest elevators I can remember. (We were in a family wedding party, so went up and down between rooms and the hospitality suite and never had to wait more than a minute or two.
Hotel staff were very friendly. But the room was not. It had a bad smell, like old tobacco smoke which did not go away. The lamps by the bed did not work. The condition of the room was not the best. Carpet was gross and the bathroom falling apart. The bathtub faucet leaked all night. We used to love staying at the Doubletree as it was much cleaner. It is now rundown and I just felt gross staying there...

The room was very nice and very clean. The bed was super comfortable. Madison was working the desk she was so nice and helpful. Will definitely be staying there again
Yes, The room was above expectations. Staff were friendly. Perfect location. Food was good. The concession could have had more snack variety.
We had noisy neighbors upstairs from us and parking was very hard to find
The room itself was ok. The bathtub had yellow stains and water didn't drain properly. The lobby and hallways needs to be remodeled. Looks dirty and like a cheap motel.
Comfy bed, good service Really nice room with everything we needed. My only criticism is that the breakfast space was too small for the number of guests. Many of the guests had to take their food back to their rooms as there was no place to sit.
Comfortable bed and pillows, friendly, professional staff and an awesome breakfast.

The staff were genuinely friendly, not fake polite like in some places. They offered to help carry my bags, gave me directions to local spots, and always greeted me with a smile. The room arrangement didn’t allow for the sofa bed to be extended with the doors to the main bedroom open, but it was nice to have two bathrooms in the family suite. The staff was very accommodating in bringing sheets for the sofa bed/towels for the family (there weren’t enough linens in a the start). The bed was comfortable. It was a nice place to stay for a night.
I stayed several days there. It was a nice hotel and I enjoyed their staff they were friendly
