Overall, an excellent experience. The hotel is really close to the airport, which is unparalleled. (Only a few minutes’ walk)
The welcome cookies were crunchy and tasty. Thank you for offering them! Everyone in this hotel was very friendly. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Everything was clean and working well except that our bath water was very weak.

The room is catfish . It’s very old, outdated. There is water damage in the room as well. The amenities of the hotel look great, but the room itself doesn’t match at all.

The fireplace was amazing and inviting when you come in .The Christmas tress and decoration thru out the building where also a nice touch lots of room . Swimming pool very warm and an enjoyable place to hang out . Great food and also an inviting and cozy atmosphere in the restaurant. Will always be forever grateful for such a wonderful place to spend some time with my daughter and grandkids for Christmas. Planning on returning every year that we can 🎄

After reading pretty much all the reviews for hotels in the Wichita area, it seemed like it was slim pickens! I just took a shot and was so surprised. I’m super hotel picky and this one was nice, clean and convenient. Staff was great and the fresh cookies were a nice touch. Google reviews are always so random and I think we often forget to leave the good ones and only leave them when we’ve had a bad experience. So all that to say… pick this one. It definitely deserved five stars from me! All around great!

Good hotel with a pleasant atmosphere, but the breakfast could be better. The room was okay, but a little small for a long stay. Still, it’s a nice place if you’re traveling for a short trip

You could walk to the hotel from the airport. The place was clean, the workers were kind and the service was great. I cannot stress enough how clean the rooms and hotel was as a whole. The workers tend to you immediately, their service was crazy fast and kind. My only complaint is the pillows.

Hotel is very nice - reception staff cordial and efficient; nice bar and dining area with inviting fireplace. Room was very nice with plenty of space to move around, full length mirror, nightstands on both sides of the bed, with updated charging portals for devices and on the desk. Really, everything about the room, but enjoyable access to the airport and car rental couldn’t have been better, and the on call shuttle service to the airport was just perfect. We would without question stay there again.

From the moment I was greeted at check in to the moment I checked out, it was a great stay!!
Sarah had also sent a text during our stay asking if we needed anything. The room was huge, spotless and quaint. The pool was heated, clean and a nice morning workout for my achy bones. And who can turn down hot fresh FREE cookies at check in? Will definitely stay here again on any and all of my Wichita trips!
