Overall, an excellent experience. The hotel is really close to the airport, which is unparalleled. (Only a few minutes’ walk) The welcome cookies were crunchy and tasty. Thank you for offering them! Everyone in this hotel was very friendly. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Everything was clean and working well except that our bath water was very weak.

The room is catfish . It’s very old, outdated. There is water damage in the room as well. The amenities of the hotel look great, but the room itself doesn’t match at all.

The fireplace was amazing and inviting when you come in .The Christmas tress and decoration thru out the building where also a nice touch lots of room . Swimming pool very warm and an enjoyable place to hang out . Great food and also an inviting and cozy atmosphere in the restaurant. You could walk to the hotel from the airport. The place was clean, the workers were kind and the service was great. I cannot stress enough how clean the rooms and hotel was as a whole. The workers tend to you immediately, their service was crazy fast and kind. My only complaint is the pillows.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. The lobby area has the same scent we diffuse at home so that was welcoming! Only con: The night lights on the sides of the bed were too bright and we had to block the light with bags. An extremely welcoming and friendly staff. Accomodations were clean, quiet with spacious rooms. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub, as well as the fitness room. Would highly recommend to anyone travelling through Wichita. Stayed for 5 nights with my spouse. Go Thunder Go!!

Always love staying here but this time around we didn’t have any hot water for our stay so showering with barely warm water was a pain

The hotel is NICE! 2 complaints though - beds are hard. I’d compare it sleeping on a foam mat on top of a sheet of plywood. Did not get the rest I was hoping for because of this. Second thing - the walls are thin. Could hear people talking, in what sounded like the hallway, could’ve been the rooms around us. Either way, that went on throughout the night as well.

My toilet had not been flushed when I opened my room. Reception staff were awesome. 10/10. The banquet people were terrible and very unprofessional. They couldn’t wait for us to get out. Breakfast was terrible and had no taste. Pathetic. Beautiful new rooms. Very comfy.

Very nice stay in the heart of Old Town. I lived in Wichita for 6 years when I was stationed at McConnell but this is my first time staying here. Very nice staff, Lester checked me in and Alejandra was a cool bartender to talk to. Room was nice, hotel is beautiful. Hotel need to disclose all charges or authorization before holding money on a card. For example, parking and I am handicap, a Titanium member.

The room was very comfortable. The shower had the best water pressure I’ve had in a hotel. Quiet hotel but around a bunch of stores and restaurants. I felt it was a safe area. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

I told them our AC unit didn't work during the night and they weren't too concerned about it. Our room was so warm, it made sleeping very difficult.

I was in Wichita for sciatic ablations and had to see my pain management Dr the next day so stayed in this wonderful Inn and Suites. My son-in-law booked it online for my daughter and I as it was close to where I was for the injections so that was wonderful. The toilet ran all night. Very loud. 😢 There was only decaf coffee in the room. Bed was comfortable.

Walls need wiped down. There was thick dust on door frame, poop still in toilet, drawers need wiped down, couch and chair need replaced very dirty. Every time we went down to desk no one there to report the issues.

Accommodations were perfect. Staff was wonderful especially the lady that greeted us on arrival. Only issue was the card key originally we received were always dead so they finally gave us some older key cards and then no issues. Will stay again there!

Ok stay This is an apartment complex with a few units for rent as hotel rooms. Room was spacious enough. I recommend bringing your own toilet paper as the kind they have is thin and rough. Also bring a bar of soap because they will have one bar per bathroom. Mattresses need to be replaced. Convenient location to downtown.

It was clean but beat up it's kind of a low income motel I'd stay there again but it was nothing special

We were unable to eat the breakfast because we had to be at the surgery center at 6 AM. The king-sized bed we slept on was so cozy and helped me relax before my procedure. The man who checked us in was extremely friendly.

The room was ok. Beds were comfortable and it was clean but very old. Also be aware there is a $150 deposit for incidentals and you have to have a physical card for that. They do not accept apple pay at all and they charge the fee separately from the room.

I’d only stay here again if there was no where else to go. We arrived late in a cold evening. When we checked in and got to our room the HVAC system was off, so the heating wasn’t on. Motel 6 used to have a higher standard we came to expect. While this hotel was a step above the worst , it was only barely. Rooms are old but fairly clean. Nearly impossible to get any towels or incidentals. They do have a small laundry room and seasonal pool. It has become a home to what some may call "undesirables". We stayed here for a month while waiting on an apartment. I've stayed at several Woodspring locations over the years, and this one is by far the best I've been to. It's clean and comfortable and everyone works hard to keep it that way. The front desk people and maintenance are friendly and helpful. I recommend anyone looking for a decent stay come here.

Comfortable beds. Swamp coolers so room doesnt get too cool. Shower curtain is kinda broken. Fridge went out on us but they switched it out it right away. Pretty smoky in the hallways but our room had no smoke odor. Since this is an extended stay, be prepared to bring sheets/towels down to front desk when you want to change them. Bombing the house I need a cheap clothes place to stay while the process finished. Rooms were tidy when entering the other tenants or visitors seemed sketchy at best. Lots of traffic all night long my window was being lit up with car lights beaming in. Play me a parking and easy access from the highway. Great prices, questionable cleanliness.

If I'm being completely honest the rooms are overpriced. With that being said Jimmy the manager is pretty cool and will work with u on payment if ur late or whatever and personally he has been really understanding and cool with me and my girlfriends situation the last few months.

The staff is cool and the rates are good. AMD they don't hassle you about anything. They will work with you on your rates and I'm telling you some of the best people to get a room from. The rooms I was in were nice and clean

They didn't give us hell about my possum, who I rescued when she was tiny, and now is glued to my shoulder, so to say. The rooms are a bit much considering half the outlets in our room don't work, but at least the owners have accepted a payment later in the day without kicking us out and confiscating our belongings, just be respectful of course, and they will work with you.

Friend stayed here because it was cheap, price matched, and had restaraunt attached. Personally rooms were clean but really needed updating.
