Very quiet hotel, nice area to walk my dog, nice breakfast options. Great experience.

Staff courteous, no pick up of soiled towels on second morning. Also would have appreciated at least one gluten free bread at breakfast .

Clean room, welcoming staff, ease of check in, good lighting in the parking lot, and walking distance to restaurants

Rooms were worn… drawer in dresser missing, door stuck very badly- hard to open and shut. Tub was stained with something and adjustable shower head could not be adjusted. Staff was helpful.

OK, place to stay for the night if you’re traveling through. Cleaning could be better. Staff was not very friendly.

It was 12degrees outside when we arrived. Check-in was quick. The heat was off in the room and it took almost 2 hours to warm up! The breakfast is extremely limited. We’ve stayed here several times and the quality has gone down. I’ll probably stay elsewhere next time.

Property was clean and maintained - but staining on the carpet and furniture raised an initial eyebrow. Also, the photo collage above the bed was mounted upside down and it drove my OCD go bonkers :)

Good for a couple night stay, overall clean and basic amenities that were needed including decent breakfast buffet.

Check in was smooth, room was spotless and comfortable. Only nitpick was having less than half roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and no extra roll handy. First time in hundreds of hotel stays that there hasn't been an extra roll of tp provided. Breakfast was good. I would stay here again.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I couldn't get the hvac unit to work and I had trouble finding the switches to turn the lights on....There was no view from room 213 as the window overlooked the roof of the port cochere.....I was disappointed with the free breakfast. The area was clean and well-prepped with plenty of options, all good intentions, but the execution was not so good...

Room was cold but clean. Staff was attentive but just went thru the motions. Coffee was just ok. Breakfast I realize was continental, but really the bottom end of options. The bed was comfortable. Parking was good. Did not use pool. Location and cleanliness and comfort of bed would bring me back.

This is a great hotel not far from the historic downtown district. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. Breakfast was very nice and parking nearby was convenient. This hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the historic district and we enjoyed walking to the old square for meals and to visit the bars.

They were very accomodating to give special parking for my sprinter van as it was too high (10 ft) to fit in the parking ramp. The ramp was right next to hotel and lots of parking. Breakfast was good. This hotel is right next to the Western Kentucky Univ alumni center. It sits on frat row but we went when school was out so it was very quiet. There's a great Mexican restaurant that's a 2 min walk...

My stay at the Hyatt Place in Bowling Green was truly a wonderful experience. The reason why it was so enjoyable is because of the people that work there. Room was very clean and staffs were very kind. They used to have fresh apples in the lobby to grab for the guests, but somehow the basket was empty this time. We had a bad tornado during our stay and I think that is why they did not serve fresh fruits for breakfast, but other than that everything was great.

Overall, a nice place to stay. The positive: rooms were large and clean, and lots of outlets where you want them. Bathrooms were clean and great water pressure. Negatives: The TVs were out - just walls of static. It was mentioned on checkin, and at checkout, they had a sign up saying that your option was to not stay, but they weren't going to do anything about it. Note - reviews from 2 weeks...

Hotel is ok. A little dated. Staff seemed unhappy, especially the ones working breakfast. Hotel could use an upgrade. Was an air of unhappiness throughout our stay, with staff. Maybe something had happened that we were not aware of. Not bad hotel, something just seemed off.

Great location amongst many shops and close access to major highways and interstates.

Room was clean and everything worked like it should have but the hdmi on the tv didnt want to work. it wasnt a smart tv we wanted to just chill and watch a movie together. But could not due to the tv being outdated. but everything else was great

Stayed there two weeks ago the room was great. Was a little frustrating the TV was out dated in room 201. I travel to see my wife and we wanted to watch some movies but the HDMI would not hook to my laptop and it was not a smart TV. Where as The TV in room 226 was. Other than that things were great.

No wash clothes in the bathrooms. It said full breakfast but had no eggs, gravy and the light bread it did have in the case was hard and old. The pillows was flat. The room was clean and the beds was comfortable. Just wish it was better set up.

Staff was very good. Room was OK but had a bit of a funky smell. Breakfast was disappointing.

Was nice, left my stuff in room came back to get and they was completely discrete about it!! Such great people

Quite possibly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I travel a LOT. So I know hotels. This one was simply perfect. The moment you walk in you’re welcomed with a smiling face and someone that likely knows who you are based on arrival time. The room was insanely clean and large.

We stayed in room 106. The bathroom sink was very slow to drain, the toilet was sort of unstable/shaky, there's a small piece of metal sticking out of the wood in the door frame near the toilet that someone could get hurt on, there's not enough parking spaces (had to park in neighboring lot), and the walls must be very thin because you can hear everything from other rooms and the hallway including...

I didn't quite know what to expect when we arrived at the Sync, but the room and amenities exceeded any expectations I might have had. We were made to feel welcome from the minute we walked into the hotel, and any request(s) we made were quickly handled. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Bowling Green!

Liked everything, especially Preteesh and other help - very accommodating- they went above and beyond.

This hotel is in a class of its own. The experience was unlike any other, with top-notch comfort, outstanding service, and a unique charm that made me feel right at home. Truly unforgettable!

This hotel was reasonably priced but was undergoing remodels when we stayed there. We would stay there again in future visits.

Lots of renovation going on. What has already been done is nice. Room was great. Breakfast acceptable. Service nice. Pool area clean and spacious. Would stay again.

Really nice staff. Very helpful and accommodating. Samera is the greatest. She helped us with an early check in 10:30 am. It was a very nice stay. We couldn't find the Jameson hotel for a while then stopped at the Clarion and it turns out they are the same hotel transitioning names. They need to make that clear to people. Also they are undergoing construction. The pool area is super nice tho. If you looking for a indoor pool go there.

Stayed here in May no complaints so we came back Dec. This unfortunately was a poor choice. The housekeeping and maintenance has declined rapidly. Coffee stains down the wall, counter sink had sugar all over it, outside of tub dirty & bedside table sticky. The Pool & Hot Tub had hair & ??? floating in it. Hopefully only the filter system wasn't working properly. So sad when their pool area is on...

Newly refurbished rooms. Lots of USB ports for devices & desktop to work. Nice beds. Enough room for 4 adults & 1 medium size dog. Good continental breakfast. Passed bed bug inspection perfectly. Great pool & hot tub.

This cozy cottage is located about 5 minutes from downtown BG and the local downtown parks, nightlife and great restaurants in that amazing area, a 5 minute walk to the Kentucky Museum located on campus, 10 minutes from Lost River Cave, the Corvette Museum, Beech Bend Amusement Park and Raceway and 5-10 minutes from all of the amazing restaurants that Bowling Green has to offer. We are less than 10 minutes from the parkway and I-65 so if you would like to take a quick trip to Mammoth Cave or Nashville, Tennessee’s “Music City", you can just hop on the interstate and off you go!
A few facts about the apartment: It is located about 300 feet from WKU and you simply need to cross the railroad tracks and you are on campus. You can easily walk to WKU Football ,Basketball and Baseball games in minutes. The train that runs along the edge of the University also runs very close to the apartment so you often hear it. This apartment is across the street from the Registry Apartments which houses WKU students so the atmosphere is very bustling, busy and during WKU games- loud, lively and energetic! For any WKU events, it is recommended that you simply walk, as parking can be tough on campus and the house is centrally located so you can walk anywhere on campus pretty quickly.
The house is fully equipped and has the following amenities:
KITCHEN- Standard size Refrigerator, Microwave, Hot Plate, Toaster Oven, Keurig Coffee Pot with coffee pods, Small Crock Pot, kitchen towels, dish soap and sponge. We also provide paper towels, plastic silverware, cups, plates and coffee mugs for your use. Please note there is NO Stove (there is a hotplate) / No Large Oven, No Dishwasher.
LIVING ROOM- Comfortable Couch and coffee table, Fireplace with Electric fire (just for ambiance- no heat), Smart TV with Hulu, Netflix and Amazon access (but no cable), remote control fan and lighting.
BEDROOM- Queen size comfortable bed with clean bedding, extra pillows, a fleece throw, a remote control ceiling fan and light fixture, closet with hangers provided and another linen closet with toilet paper and bathroom hand towels, wash clothes and bath towels.
BATHROOM- Small but efficient space with a new shower recently added, but please note there is NO TUB, hair dryer is provided along with small travel size shampoos, conditioners, soaps, lotions and body wash for your convenience. As noted above, the towels, wash clothes and hand towels are also provided and located in the bedroom linen closet.
PARKING- There is a large, well lit parking area behind the home for your convenience with an automatic light /camera that oversees the parking area. There is also a back door, which allows easy access from the parking lot, via a small pathway and it has a keypad lock for easy access.
HOUSE RULES- This house is part of a duplex which has an Audiology Practice located on the other side and is usually open and sees patients Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6pm so we appreciate that if you are at the home during business hours that you keep the noise level to a minimum.
We do not permit parties at the home & due to the size of the house, no more than 2 people are permitted to stay.
