Still renovating
This hotel was reasonably priced but was undergoing remodels when we stayed there. We would stay there again in future visits.
Lots of renovation going on. What has already been done is nice. Room was great. Breakfast acceptable. Service nice. Pool area clean and spacious. Would stay again.
Really nice staff. Very helpful and accommodating. Samera is the greatest. She helped us with an early check in 10:30 am. It was a very nice stay. They are remodelling so I'm sure in a few months this will be a really up to date nice hotel. Pool area is very nice. Overall very nice place to stay. Breakfast had bacon and sausage links , fried potatoes and fried eggs. We will see what Mondays breakfast is. If you're looking for a clean comfortable place for the night or a couple of days this is the place. Will definitely stay here again.
My sister came from out of town to stay for my nephews birthday so our kids could have a party together. They never refunded her deposit and the pool was awfully cold. They’re missing peices out of the glass ceiling and it was 20 degrees outside. They also over charged her $20 for the room and the manager got very argumentative when she asked him about it. On a better note, Drury Inn is around the same price and so much nicer!! We have had such a good experience here and they have free breakfast and dinner. Also, free popcorn and drinks all day! Their pool is not cold and they have a hot tub. A WAY better hotel with friendly staff!!
We couldn't find the Jameson hotel for a while then stopped at the Clarion and it turns out they are the same hotel transitioning names. They need to make that clear to people. Also they are undergoing construction. The pool area is super nice tho. If you looking for a indoor pool go there.
Stayed here in May no complaints so we came back Dec. This unfortunately was a poor choice. The housekeeping and maintenance has declined rapidly. Coffee stains down the wall, counter sink had sugar all over it, outside of tub dirty & bedside table sticky. The Pool & Hot Tub had hair & ??? floating in it. Hopefully only the filter system wasn't working properly. So sad when their pool area is on a larger scale than most hotels in the area.
Newly refurbished rooms. Lots of USB ports for devices & desktop to work. Nice beds. Enough room for 4 adults & 1 medium size dog. Good continental breakfast. Passed bed bug inspection perfectly. Great pool & hot tub.
