Clerk didn’t activate room key
Room had bad musty smell
No one working front desk, had to go find an employee to checkout
Negative - some wall sockets did not work. Lamp in room did not work.
Room was very nice. Front desk staff came across as mostly unhelpful and disinterested in being there. The lady when I checked out was good, but the two guys working the desk at different times of day on Sat appeared to want to be somewhere else.
