Stayed here a few times. Bagged breakfast because of covid which was awesome. Kid friendly, across the street from gas station surrounded by shopping and restaurants perfect location. Nice staff, decent rates!

Nice rooms, but the hallways smell of smoke. It is a good place in a pinch but that is about it

I've stayed here many times in the past year and they're always amazing. I have a particular room I like, due to its location, and they always do their best to give it to me. If they can't, they try to give me another that works well for me. I highly recommend them for a fairly priced hotel in the area. The pool and hot tub need some work, but not too bad. We had a good time.

Not the greatest hotel but nice. Bathrooms are very small, not big enough for more than one person. Not everything was replaced. Hand sanitizer was used and the toilet paper was also. The sheets come off very easily and need to be fixed often. Pool is small and can be chilly. Hot tub was nice and the bed is very comfortable. Friendly staff, clean decent rooms for the price and conveniently located for events at the civic center.

This is an average hotel with a high rack rate - unfortunately we had no other options. Basic room which was clean, WIFI signal was strong. Morning breakfast consisted of 2 bananas, 2 muffins, 2 cereal options, 3 oatmeal - that's it???

The King size bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. We enjoyed our time at the hotel and will book there again in the future.

Traveling band had to stay in Augusta for a concert. The place was accommodating, quiet, and safe with a very helpful staff.

While I love staying here for work when I have an extended stay I wish that they would refresh the coffee in the room each day.

Over all. Can't complain. It was a great stay. Husband and I only stayed for the night, but it was a great stay. Clean and comfy. Close to shopping and places to eat. Walk across the street to Margaritas. The breakfast was lacking. But it was at least something to eat if someone wanted to eat quickly.

Easy check in friendly staff. During a multi night stay room was not cleaned which is fine just wish fresh towels were given.

My room was old and outdated. Had a funny smell and just didn't seem very clean. Beds were uncomfortable. I expected much better quality with the price that I paid.

Great room, and the spa with the pool and hot tub was a pleasant surprise. The only problem is that the heat didn’t ever turn off, so I needed to open the windows to cool down the room.

The staff in every department was wonderful! Front desk, spa, lounge and Cloud 9 for breakfast, thank you!

Me and my kids had an amazing night staying in a suite just to have a little get away. They didn't want to leave. The only thing i would say is i wish the pool was av little warmer

The room was spacious and pretty clean (with the exception of the tub jets). The steam room and pool are nice. The property is dated and overlooks the main road or store signs.

I didn’t like my room number being announced out loud when I checked in. Also didn’t like that the website didn’t reflect the restaurant was not open. I loved my bar tender!!!
