We had a very pleasant stay! Hotel was clean and smelled amazing! CRAVE was a nice bar. Great service all around. Perfect for our weekend excursion. I would recommend!

The hotel is nice. We were disappointed in some simple things that should be done better for the money. First, 1 k-pod for two people staying two nights is simply inadequate. Second, we didn't once get even a knock on the door from the cleaning staff, and they were absolutely cleaning rooms right next to ours. For a hotel of this caliber, they should at least knock and see if you need anything...

The staff are friendly, and all the facilities are clean. A more detailed explanation of breakfast would be helpful.

Staff was very friendly, facilities were clean, nice breakfast area, pool area was clean. Room was very nice and large. We had no issues and will stay again at our next Mayo visit!

Very nice room. First room had no heat, front desk lady was very gracious and kind and quickly got us another room. Very neat and clean hotel

Our stay was excellent! The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a great variety of fresh, high-quality options to start the day. Additionally, the parking was incredibly convenient and stress-free, which made a huge difference. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a seamless experience!

This was a really pleasant stay because it was so very clean, comfortable beds, terrific huge selection of breakfast food, quiet and absolutely beautiful manicured lawn with small lake to look out at. Friendly staff also. Parking very easy and close to everything. Very pleased with it all or I would say if it wasn't.

Dry clean, never building, decent breakfast Staff was friendly but not considerate of a handicapped person (myself) as far as offering a hand with getting things to and from my room. Cleaning staff were very considerate and helpful. 5 stars for them for sure. Room was missing some basic items like a building map, local restaurants advertising even a he restaurant right in the building didn’t have...

Room and facilities were very clean. Breakfast was really good. Chicken fajita plus the breakfast regulars like Oatmeal, waffles, muffins scrambled eggs and potatoes.

The only problem was the toilet. The flushing handle was broken.

Being so close to St Mary's sure helped with our hospital stay.

Toilet seat was scary all scratches and different color and coffee maker way under table so inconvenient I give up making coffee. And AC was so noisy and breakfast hot water was taste coffee I was making tea but taste different .

Free wifi, cheap but decent. Little fridge and microwave. Right across from St hospital and shuttle to Mayo. Comfy recliner and nice TV. Deep tub!

Very decent rooms with a nice TV, a recliner and a small fridge and microwave. And one of last decent cheap hotels. $50 a night and right across from St. Mary's hospital.
