Biloxi Beach Hotel in Biloxi

Very dirty rooms and falling apart. We didnt have hot water and they initially put us in a room that was not ready at all.

EDIT: Then refund us our deposit !!!! And as I stated before the MANAGER had no remorse or solution !!! And we've dealt with him for years !!!!!!

We have stayed at this location for the past 15 years for Crusin The Coast, and we've dealt with the current manager for many years. Well . . . They have MYSTERIOUSLY lost our reservation including our deposit which also included our usual spot by the road !!! I would NOT rely on reservations NOR would I pay them a deposit to hold and honor your reservation !!!! The manager has no remorse and no solution !!!!!!!

AC was not turned on, Stunk smelled like ammonia, big dead cockroach in the bathroom did not even want to take a shower in it. I just slept and took off. Had an early morning flight, when I got there, there was a bunch of group gatherings outside drinking, it was a Memorial Day. Weekend, two women were arguing and getting ready to fight. Only reason even stayed there, most of casinos rooms were booked for the Holiday weekend.

The room smells like smoke even in the supposed non-smoking room. Asked for an inside room was told the outside room was inside.. bathtub looks like it's in desperate need of a redo or deep cleaning. Found a condom wrapper on the floor. But it's a bed with A/C. Overall only stay here if you REALLY need a place and nowhere else is open or in your price range. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. This is now the Biloxi Beach Hotel. Find another hotel if you can. It is really run down. We had two rooms and upon first checking in we moved since the outer room door had been kicked in, broken and pieced back together. Several nights later the room above us started leaking down into our second room and had to be moved into a third. Rooms are missing a lot equipment, and the equipment that is here is run down. The staff is nice and tries to compensate. There were one to two workers (workers not crews) on scene repairing rooms but this is absolutely a bandage when a tourniquet is needed.

Cheap yes!! It was right beside the treasure bay casino. Which is why we needed a room to sleep off the night of fun. But I will never ever stay there again!! From the moment we opened the door you could see it had been busted opened door was all messed up. There was holes all in the walls.. the lamp shade was just sitting on the dang light bulb.. My husband seen a roach crawl across the floor.. It was to late to get money bk ect... So we got a few hours of sleep before we headed bk home.. I slept with my pistol!!! Do Not recommend staying here at all!! If you are ask to see the room before paying.

False Advertising! It’s shocking how this place is even open for business. The room I stayed in was no where near what I saw in the website pictures. Bathroom door was busted in half. Paint on the ceilings was patched or gone. Furniture is all scuffed up and had cigarette burns. Rust everywhere. AC unit was filthy and I couldn’t find the air filter. Roofing nails was in the grass outside my room, which was near the pool area. The roofing was being replace on all the buildings. Very shady looking people was hanging out in the parking areas all night. I saw police in the lot last night. Hey, the price was cheap, but I would have never stayed here if I knew the real condition of the place. Even had mold and mildew in the microwave. Again, I’m shocked this place is allowed to be open.

Absolutely HORRIBLE, the room was musty and smelled terrible. We had to buy air freshener for the smell. The dresser was broken and run down. Paint was peeling off the sealing. The bathroom was disgusting. The AC unit is loud and it interrupts sleep. There are dead bugs in the lights and on the carpet and in the tub. NEVER STAYING HERE EVER AGAIN.
