Coming home from a 2 week road trip and had a tire blow out in Columbia. Securing the room was easy, the price affordable, and the staff very helpful. Beds are super comfortable and everything in the room appeared clean. We were in need of the laundry facilities when we arrived. Detergent is sold in a vending machine for a reasonable price, however another guest had left their wet laundry in the only machine in the building. I let the clerk know and asked if he might have a way of finding out who left the clothes by looking at his cameras. One camera is right by the laundry. It wasn’t maybe an hour later, and the clerk went out of his way and came up to my room to let me know the laundry had been removed. The building, elevator, and vending machines are older, but the staff seem to take pride in making sure that everything is maintained and clean. (Pic of elevator buttons included for fun. Blast from the past!) The breakfast was average, but a super nice perk to have included since the cost of the room was more than fair. Thank you for making us so comfortable!

Room was clean and in good order. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was decent, but the coffee was atrocious.

We had a great stay at this place. We tend to drive between Denver and St. Louis area often, and it’s nice to have this place on our list of approved places. You can tell they really care about providing a nice place to stay.

Was a very late stop. Was glad the front desk person didnt mind checking us in at 4am with a smile on there face.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. They could use some more lighting in the room and better toilet paper. The breakfast was good considering it was complimentary although seats were at a premium. I would stay here again.

The hotel was very clean but the beds were sunken in. The breakfast was lacking in options and the gravy for biscuits tasted sour. There was only one waffle maker so we ended up just eating cereal and bagels two days in a row. We also had a member of our party who needed to use the "business center". It was a tablet on a stand- not really ideal for getting stuff done. The hotel was cheap, and in this case, we got what we paid for.

Friendly staff, and once into the room it was clean, comfortable and updated . There a lot of noise in the halls and people smoking pot in the parking lot until after midnight. The elevator was filthy and smelled and the hall carpets were very dirty. It was ok for the price and for a short stopover, but had some significant negatives. I might stay again but maybe not as a first choice.

Hotel was clean, felt very safe, staff was friendly and accommodating! This hotel is older so you have to know what you are getting but for a one night stay for a family of 3 this was perfect! I would definitely stay here again for a quick overnight visit to Mizzou.
