Modern building, cozy bed, clean, friendly staff. Would stay again.
We had a wonderful staycation. We stayed in the junior presidential suite with the balcony…it was lovely! We also enjoyed breakfast and dinner at 11Eleven. I recommend the Carmel latte. The staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating. Lastly, the cookies are amazing.
There was two I guess look like shake cups between the bed and the end table that looks kinda nasty
The hotel was very clean and had a great location in downtown Columbia. We came for a weekend visit and the only drawback was having to fight for parking.
Staff was very good. Room was clean and new, although one of the beds was very worn on one side.
The property was lovely - the lobby is a great place to grab a drink and hang out. Monika at the front desk was enthusiastic and friendly. She even checked in on our stay. The restaurant food was delicious. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable.

This was a wonderful stay! Huge older Hotel being refurbished. Loved our oversized room. The decor and the amount of furniture. Desk with super office chair. Lounge chair with ottoman. Dresser with drawers. Frig but cannot remember if microwave. Plenty of closet space. Lovely bathroom. Great lotions and hair care.
Hotel under construction, our room needs the shower diverted replaced. Bathroom “tired”. No tea bags and hot water not hot enough to make drinkable tea. Staff stated tea bags on order. How about a run to the grocery store in the meantime?
The room was clean but the air from the heater smelled a little like urine. Please make your $50.00 incidental deposit more prevelant in all your advertisers. Paying an extra $3.00 for a bottle of water seems a bit excessive given the $160.00 room we stayed in for 15 hours.
No free breakfast. A bit of an inconvenience when there isn't anything else around the area.
Really nice, big hotel. Easy to access, room was huge and very clean. Very friendly staff and excellently priced.
Oh my God, had the best sleep last night in this hotel I could not believe it you will be shocked. Also, the staff is excellent.

Friendly staff, hot Continental breakfast, clean rooms. Definitely one of the nicer baymonts we've booked into.
Room was clean and in good order. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was decent, but the coffee was atrocious.
We had a great stay at this place. We tend to drive between Denver and St. Louis area often, and it’s nice to have this place on our list of approved places. You can tell they really care about providing a nice place to stay.
Was a very late stop. Was glad the front desk person didnt mind checking us in at 4am with a smile on there face.
The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. They could use some more lighting in the room and better toilet paper. The breakfast was good considering it was complimentary although seats were at a premium. I would stay here again.
The hotel was very clean but the beds were sunken in. The breakfast was lacking in options and the gravy for biscuits tasted sour. There was only one waffle maker so we ended up just eating cereal and bagels two days in a row. We also had a member of our party who needed to use the "business center". We had a two night stay for graduation. Hotel staff were all so friendly and helpful. It's very clean and welcoming place to stay. Evening drinks and snacks were delicious. Breakfast was a busy place to be. Fresh food and great variety to chose from.
