The room was clean and hygienic, there was a swimming pool downstairs, and it was very close to the airport. The breakfast was all cold food, which took some getting used to. Otherwise, it was fine.

It's not that it's bad, but it's definitely not worth the price. The hotel breakfast was extremely mediocre, and the sink drain in the room was clogged. I told the hotel front desk, but they didn't come to fix it.

This is a convenient hotel if you need to get to the airport quickly; it's literally a 10-minute drive away. Great price.

Second elevator bank was out of service during my visit. Location is great. Very close to airport, dispensary, dining and Virgin hotel. This is a great value. Only real annoyance was that hotel has no liquor license so no Mimosas with breakfast unless you heard across the street to the casino. Will stay again.

It is close to the airport and the exhibition hall, and it is convenient to take a taxi. You can consider this hotel for exhibitions. The room is large and clean. The breakfast is simple. There are supermarkets and Chinese restaurants nearby.

The location is perfect near the airport, that was a huge plus. Friendly and professional staff, helped with early check in and late check out with a smile. Room was clean and found zero issues. Quite and relaxing location, was able to get a good nights sleep before my conference. The breakfast buffet was more than expected with over 10 items and juices. 10/10 for me, all boxes are checked and would book here again.

Easy to park/get into the parking lot. Located with easy access to the airport. Not within walking distance of the strip. Very loud with it being right by the airport, but they kindly provide earplugs. This is not the updated version of the Hyatt, but it's clean and has everything you need. The breakfast was great and the service was good.

I can't believe this place is considered a Hyatt. It absolutely does not live up to the Hyatt name.

The place is so old and rundown that it might actually be haunted. The room had a funky smell, which was mildly annoying. The couch was severely stained, which was disgusting. The bathroom fan would intermittently become octaves louder than normal. After turning off the lights, one of them turned back on by itself and started flickering. It was weird, but after a long day of driving, one tends to overlook things in pursuit of sleep.

A few hours later, at around 4 in the morning, I was abruptly awoken by the radio, which had started screeching and buzzing loudly on its own. It was really upsetting—and unsettling—how no matter what buttons I pressed, it just wouldn't turn off. The last thing a person needs while on vacation is to have their sleep disturbed, least of all by some creepy, possibly demonic/possessed radio.

Feeling incredibly unnerved, I no longer wanted to stay in this hotel. But at 4 in the morning, where was I supposed to go? So I went down to request a room change. The front desk agent was polite but hesitant to switch rooms. It turned out this was because he couldn't keep track of his rooms and guests and mistakenly thought I had already changed rooms once before. (Apparently, another guest had issues with their shower, so I guess my room wasn’t the only one with problems.)

If this had been some rundown motel at $50 a night, maybe this level of quality would have been expected. Honestly, even that might have been a better experience than this. At a price point of $200+ per night, it's reasonable to expect better. The quality I received makes this feel like an absolute scam. I'm never staying at this Hyatt again, and I’ll seriously reconsider whether I ever want to stay at a Hyatt in the future.

This Hyatt Place is located across from the striking Virgin River Casino on the edge of the UNLV campus. Weekends are extremely busy with families and travelers. I have never seen a line so long for the breakfast buffet. Rooms are adequate and comfortable. The area is well traveled and can be a bit noisy from the street area and the overhead aircraft’s, as this Hyatt sits right in the flight path of Harry Reid International airport.

I will say it is the perfect price to pay for a night or two out on the strip. Convenient travel to MGM and the south side of Las Vegas Blvd.

There are multiple cannabis shops, food, coffee and liquors stores all within walking distance.
It was also a bummer this properties new management has opted to start charging for parking which doesn’t include security. My recommendation is not to leave things visible in your vehicle overnight. It’s definitely the edge of the strip and there is lots of foot traffic.
