Very kind people at the front desk, they were very warm and so happy to help. The maintenance guys Juan and Raul are total rockstars and helped us out big time when we really needed it, which was great! That said, the "three bedroom" is really a two bedroom and a loft, when we really needed three actual bedrooms. We were able to make it work okay in the end, but that was annoying to deal with.

It's good for family trip. Full size kitchen, and very close to the stagecoach ski lift. But facilities are old. A sofa bed is provided, but not clean. It seems $2 per person for shuttle bus to ski resort. So I drove my car to the Heavenly ski resort.

It would be nicer if there was a gas fireplace rather than burning duraflames. Also, the place needs double pane windows and weatherstiping on the doors because there is a cold draft coming through the door and windows causing the heater to be kept up to 80 degrees just to keep the room warm. Lastly, it would be nice if there were elevators because it is like climbing 5 stories to get to the rooms on top.
