Matt and Steve are always great at the front desk. Breaskfast is okay. Hot tub and pool are working most of the time. Beds are good enough. The rooms are fairly clean. Anyone just waiting a place to sleep would be happy with this hotel.
If you want luxury then go somewhere else.
We like it here.

Great 1st time experience. Front desk gentleman was very nice and helpful with our dinner suggestions. The room was a great price, very clean, and comfortable. We absolutely loved our stay. We WILL be back again.

Great proximity several white mountains ski resorts. Rooms were renovated and nice. Soundproofing between rooms isn’t the best. The indoor pool and hot tub were both awesome. Free breakfast included the basic hotel options. Shoutout to Matt who was very friendly and helpful.

Pet Room was good. Pool is colder than expected, but kids loved it.
Check-in staff was great!

Really good experience, clean place and friendly costumer service. Love the pool I would enjoy it more if the water at least warm. Other than that I recommend ❤️

The hotel was very conveniently located to everything you ever want to see and do in the area. Pool was great and an added bonus was the sauna. Rooms were sufficient and it was a pleasant easy stay.

The breakfast was fine. The hot tub hot, but the pool not so much. No hot water for the shower near the pool.

The pool is Really cool looking. New England sauna vibes. Well maintained.
Hallways were weird and dated but fine. Balcony in our room and more amenities than other places here; free breakfast with make your own waffle stations, fruit, yogurt, teas, coffees and take away pastries.
We did not book online but bought in person instead which essentially doubles the price of the room but it was a good room.
Some of the front desk people had a bit of an attitude but there was one guy at the front who went above and beyond for us the entire time and made us really enjoy it there.
I am pretty sure the good ones name was Mat.
Oh also the power went out during a storm here for a couple of hours and there is no backup generator or anything here that still worked with batteries which is semi surprising.
Over all; I didn’t like it at first but the super New England themed wooden pool area and a couple of great staff members, I changed my mind. We ended up having a fantastic stay
