The room was very clean and comfortable, and we loved it the proximity to loon Mountain with the shuttle bus taking us to the mountain for skiing. We would definitely stay again.

We booked a one bedroom suite with attached studio. The rooms were spacious, clean, well equipped, and affordable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurants was very good as was the service. The only downside was the pool was totally outside. Although heated, it wasn’t overly comfortable to swim in. And if I wanted to watch my family swim, I would’ve had to sit outside in...

It was a very nice stay. But the sheets did have stains on them but other than that it was very nice and perfect view in the room and the hot tub was amazing

Room was not ready for 4 people, all items were meant for 2 people. I had to ask for additional comforter, pillows, towels. There were only 2 hangers - I have never seen anything like that even in cheaper hotels. Room was very small for the price, restaurants were closed.

The pull out couch mattress was incredibly uncomfortable. Next year we will likely get a second bedroom for the suite. I don't expect it to be the same as a comfortable bed, but it was so bad our teen couldn't sleep. Extremely hard. The resort is beautiful and kitchen in our suite was great. Just the mattress. Ouch

the room and common areas were spotless. the views are breathtaking, we had a room overlooking the small vineyard in the back nestled just under loon mountain. the amenities seemed endless, onsite winery, 2 restaurants, full gym, game room, 2 pools and hot tubs, yoga studio, spa, etc.. outstanding. i would have like to had a chance to use the pool, but it was only outdoor and not heated too well, but...

The room was spacious and a great location for skiing at the mountain. The room needs some upgrades. Several things are outdated and broken., but other wise we were comfortable.

Good stay in clean basic room. No windows in lounge was a bit odd, but had all facilities and clean and comfortable. Walls a little thin so could hear those around you but ok. Didn’t interact with staff at all but plenty there if needed. Easy walk to bars, restaurants, etc & close to skiing

I got the 1 bedroom room, advertised with a full kitchen (oven included), a walk in shower and beautiful tub. I have stayed here before and got an incredible room with 2 walk in showers, a bath in the bedroom, and a full kitchen. This time i did not get that. Our one bedroom condo was beautifully furnished with 2 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen and an electric fireplace. Big jacuzzi tub in the huge bedroom. Very comfortable king bed. The pool and hot tub were wonderful! The only downside is the timeshare salesmen trying to get you to do the 2 hour sales pitch. We didn’t do it. Parking was good for us but high season could be an issue.

Plenty of parking, huge and gorgeous rooms! The grounds are gorgeous and the staff was the most helpful! Will definitely stay with them again!

Our hotel stay was comfortable and in a great location, very close to the ski slopes. The room itself was well-equipped and comfortable, which we appreciated. However, for the price we paid, we were surprised by the level of self-service required. Guests are expected to strip and bag their own linens, wash dishes, and take out the trash. Very family friendly. Great pools and hot tubs. The arcades were fun for 7 boys! The shuttle to Loon was an added bonus. Looking forward to going uo in the summer.

Room was spacious. Kitchen and bathroom had adequate amenities. They only provide two pool towels per room (that sleeps 4 people) and ask you to pay $1 for extra towels. Beds are not very comfortable. There is a regular shuttle service to/from Loon. All in all, good place to stay for a family ski trip.

Love the view of the mountains from the back deck very spacious everything was clean. Felt very safe at the location… will recommend location to friends and family

Great 1st time experience. Front desk gentleman was very nice and helpful with our dinner suggestions. The room was a great price, very clean, and comfortable. We absolutely loved our stay. We WILL be back again.

Matt and Steve are always great at the front desk. Breaskfast is okay. Hot tub and pool are working most of the time. Beds are good enough. The rooms are fairly clean. Anyone just waiting a place to sleep would be happy with this hotel. If you want luxury then go somewhere else. We like it here.

Great proximity several white mountains ski resorts. Rooms were renovated and nice. Soundproofing between rooms isn’t the best. The indoor pool and hot tub were both awesome. Free breakfast included the basic hotel options. Shoutout to Matt who was very friendly and helpful.

The room was clean, the staff were friendly and the amenities were great as well! We will definitely stay again.

Pet Room was good. Pool is colder than expected, but kids loved it. Check-in staff was great! Check-out staff was very rude to my family.
