Super, super nice people, and the pool is gorgeous. I read reviews that it was renovated but it has not been, at least not the room I'm in. Clean, comfy beds.

Room smelt like tuna. The botox lips manager is a massive bitch. She's rude and has no idea what she's doing and she also doesn't give a crap either. She locks the office door while she lays out by the pool in her thong in front of a bunch of little kids while there's a line of PAYING CUSTOMERS waiting for service. You can clearly tell she does some serious drugs. The house keeping ladys are very friendly and great people. The pool seemed clean but after that druggy went in it we didn't want to go in anymore. That same manager also sells all of the beach passes said almost all the staff and people that over heard her saying it. She sells them for drugs so they do not hand out beach passes anymore. She ruined that motel. Sad.

This was my 2nd time here. The cleanliness was satisfactorily... (I always bleach and spray wherever I stay) I was upset at the fact that 6 of us stayed in a "6 Adult Room" and the Manager only gave us "1 Parking Pass"? What did she think that we all came in 1 car? It's not like the motel was full, there were plenty of available parking spots. BTW the maid was VERY friendly... and always gave us whatever we needed... i will stay here again...

This place has a history of losing reservations and/or price gouging your reservation price upon check in. Not a well run business. They do have clean rooms and a one night minimum, which is uncommon in the area.

This place does not deserve even one star. Upon arrival, we noticed that we were not only charged twice “on accident,” but our room had also not been serviced. Our bedding was disgusting, no surfaced has been cleaned, and the bathroom was a disaster with what appeared to be blood on the walls. Thankfully we had brought our own bleach and cleaned this musty room while the housekeeper simply made the beds. The management did not offer to give us a clean, functioning room and I would highly recommend staying at Anchor Motel across the street instead of Belmont.

This motel was the absolute worst motel experience I have ever encountered. When going to seaside and staying at one of the many motels, I don’t expect the most extravagant living arrangements for the week…but this was disgusting. The rooms haven’t been cleaned in what looks like weeks. The sheets weren’t changed and the blankets probably haven’t been washed since the 80’s when they were originally purchased. The shower was covered in what seemed to be mildew and mold, the toilet wasn’t functioning properly, it felt like bugs were crawling on you, the list goes on. I have stayed at some pretty sketchy motels but this one was the all time worst, especially when I’m already expecting the room to be a little on the lower quality side. Would never stay there again.

I would love to give this hotel 5 stars but I’m giving it 4 and here is my review :
- I stayed and am currently typing this on my last day here from 9/4-9/6 with my boyfriend and my bestfriend & her boyfriend for vacation weekend . We were looking for something useful and cheap . We got exactly what we asked for . Price/ convenience: 5/5
-Rooms : 3/5 I’ve stayed here once before with the same people two years ago and they have definitely updated the beds . Last time I left with bed bug bites this time no ... yet I still have one more night LOL . The floors were dirty but we aren’t the type of people to complain about sand on the floor of a motel on the beach ... the one most annoying thing about our room is every time we showered it flooded the bathroom ... and the toilet stopped working half way thru . Very well lit room and good cable & TVs .
- Parking 4/5 little parking lot but I parked fine . Pool is nice didn’t use it but the family’s around we’re having fun . No chairs outside our room .
-Walking distance 5/5 ! : like one or two blocks down the street from the beach ! Pretty safe too there’s crackheads around but the police station is right across the Streer so if u can handle some weirdos walking around you’ll be fine .
-management 4/5 : they didn’t really interact or attend to us we talked to a staff member at one point for a marijuana complaint from us I am a New Jersey medical marijuana patient but I didn’t explain because I totally understood and he handled us awesome And I respected it ! He was very friendly and didn’t come crazy at us like some other hotel management in this beach town . Very kind and respectful management !
Other people : 3/5 : More of a family environment than a friend Weekend getaway spot seems like they have some people living there which is cool I’m just saying if you are looking to vacation with your kids or significant other it’s a better spot for that than for a friend vacation
Overall Im not picky .. as long as there’s no bugs and robberys I would stay again . Pretty clean and comfortable rooms good management. Just an old motel trying for a comeback it seems like !

Traveled from upstate NY 5 hours away. Very accommodating manager who went out of his way to make sure our stay exceeded our expectations. Pool was great and the location is very close to everything you want to see in Seaside Heights. The suite room was spacious with a pullout bed in the couch. Two TVs and the air was ice cold. 7/11 store close by If you forget any essentials. Parking lot is small but we had a Tahoe and were able to park no problem. Will definitely return again. Don’t believe these bad reviews. Thanks again!

Motel is decent. Management is great, pool is clean, grills work perfect and air conditioner works perfect as well. Bathroom is small and sheets where hanging on floor upon arrival which felt odd but overall room was clean. Also Location was close to everything which is a plus. My wife, children and myself enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Very nasty motel ! Covers are nasty and old . Air conditioning is full of mold ! The front desk lady Natalie is a nasty lady. I was placed on the top floor of the motel with my 1 year old and the person underneath called police saying I was too loud. Front desk manager came yelling and cursing at me saying I had to leave .. in middle of snow storm . With a 1 year old ! She looked drugged up and sleep & she had a guy with her so she must of been Layin with him instead of actually working . She is very nasty and will never return or recommend that place if it’s the last resort.. just sleep in your car . Sink had hair on it .. the fridge had old ice packs with blood on them . Must be from dope feins.. a lot of drug addicts live there everyday . I’m sorry I disturb the motels high off heroine and their nodding off ! Giving this place a negative 100!
