We stayed in a room with 3 queen beds which served our purpose for a family of 6. The rooms had a fridge and freezer, but it did seem a little outdated. The tub drain was in a poor condition and the bathroom itself seemed outdated and was a little small. The temperature controls worked well and the WiFi was working with no interruptions. There was no free breakfast.

Two words: Bedbugs. Roaches. Let’s not even get into the weird noises the room made or the smoke detector beeping because its battery is low. I think bedbugs and roaches covers all you need to know. Left about an hour after I checked in.

Royal Host was the worst motel. Huge roaches and bedbugs. Very rude manager. Gets in your business. Rude children. Makes her underage children clean rooms. Takes your deposit unlawfully. Dont go there Horrible place. Dumps all kind of hazmat and concrete in dumpster.

This no-frills motel sits on what was a main highway before the Interstates arrived. As such, it's a bit dated but so clean we couldn't even find a speck of dust in the corners. Given that the pleasant manager counted the towels provided and warned us that we would be charged if any went missing, we were surprised to find them so worn but pleased that they included washcloths. We were also impressed by the full-size microwave and apartment-sized (not mini bar) refrigerator and the cellphone charging station by the bed. One piece of advice: If you pay by credit card, you can avoid being charged the $250 damage fee. Granted, it's refundable, but still it's something of an insult. Oh, and for "long-term stays," meaning two or more night, you'll have to make up your own room.

Sheets were horrible synthetic fabric and bedspread smelled stale. Plus, they charged $30 for my pet even though other lodging places charge much less. Very run down and sketchy.

Bad service and has bed bugs which are in two rooms 2 bars for the wifi and has small prison bathrooms water is only hot for 2 minutes

Nothing fancy, but it’s a great value, has friendly and responsive staff, very clean, and it’s a good place to stop for the night on a road trip.

This is an awesome place. We stay whatever we come to Las Cruces it is clean. It is reasonable and they make you feel like family. We just thank them for their hospitality

Our room looked like being at grandma’s house lol. I liked that they had a small designated smoking area. The air was loud but was able to sleep comfortably. Sucks that our toilet didn’t work.
