awful service we arrived early asked about early check in and the inmediate response was a 40 USD charge for early check in. WE WERE ONLY GOING TO SLEEP FOR A FEW HOURS AND CHECK OUT TO BE BACK ON THE ROAD. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY AND BAD SERVICE!

Tv did not work but they did fix that.

They charge a $100 security deposit that is initially added to the cleared credit card charge and then refunded a day or two later. Causes unnecessary uncertainty. Otherwise standard motel vibe and airport convenient.

This place was awful. The heat didn't work in my room. I reserved a king size bed and I think I slept in a double. There was people in the next room that were up most of the night. I could hear them talking at 4am. The worst experience I've ever had and I've been all around the world from Bulgaria to Arizona, Canada to Dominican Republic. This place was the worst no comparison.

Upon arrival I was at first put in a room that was not cleaned and ready for a guest. They moved me to another room that had blood on the bathroom door the tub paint was peeling cockroaches crawled if you shut the lights out.
I shared this with the lady who claimed to be the manager and she said she was going to return my charge and then less than an hour later tried to charge my card more money. When I called and addressed this she told me I did damage and my pictures were not real.
Do not stay here. I will be calling the health department.

You get what you pay for it’s on a nice strip with good restaurants and then of course it’s close to the city and the airport. Would I stay here again? Yes, absolutely. Would I stay for more than two nights? absolutely not.

The endless pasta is completely worth every penny. A server broke a glass accidentally at the table next to us and apologized profusely. Later he came back with some bread sticks to bring home. Great staff and qhality!

We Arrived at 4:15p.m but we did not get our food until 6:30 pm. The waitress came ove with something on to clean plates that we sent back. So we asked about our order the waitress came over said the manager was working on it. Then the bring our food over with a order that was not ours. The manager came over and only gave us a 25% discount when it should have been over because we asked it they forgot about our order she said yes. My husband loves this place but we will not be going back no time soon we payed $80 dollars for food.

I attend this location at least twice a month during lunch time since I work nearby. The servers are always friendly and the service is fast if you tell them you need to leave fast if you're in a lunch break from work. The whole place is always clean which is important to me when choosing a place to eat. They also have great lunch special prices. I don't have any complaints from this location.

We were looking for a quick place to eat on a Saturday night... And, Olive Garden is not normally that place. But, we did things differently, choosing to eat at the bar to avoid the wait time. Atmosphere was not super important to us, so this worked. My roommate and I got a drink and a good meal in about a half hour.

They were understaffed for the night, since someone called in sick, but they truly tried their best to keep up with their work despite this misfortune.

I love this place! Only downside is it is very expensive. Dinner for two will cost you at least $50 depending on what you order. The food is delicious! But for a $20 meal you would expect just a little more food. The desert options are very good. Also, they have a wide variety of wine to choose from as well as mixed drinks.

Ok there's a very specific reason they only are receiving 1 star from me. I get all the way to the Red lobster over there. I order three of the most expensive dishes they have. Anyone who's familiar it was the feasts, Admiral's, Ultimate, Shrimp lover's. Anyhow... I get this food to go... I give a $20 tip at the bar. I had a glass of water paid for my meals. I get home to see theres no crab legs in one meal and other things missing as well. Then those carry.out.containers ruined all the fried food with the steam. Awful

Wow! My family and I just had the best experience. The food was ok, the SERVICE was EXCELLENT! Our servers name was JOEL! Such a great energy, he created a welcoming environment, was very attentive, and FUN! The service was far better then the food!

My friend and I went to Red Lobster the other day and had the absolute pleasure of being served by Jasmine. She was such a happy and inviting server and really made our experience. Her hospitality was very refreshing and she was so accommodating to any requests we had made. Jean/John Paul (?) was also so funny and welcoming. Just a great experience over all.

Great seafood. As always The biscuits are the best, warm fresh cheesey (in the good way) and buttery. There was an issue with dirty silverware. I believe a little Cascade will resolve that issue. Lunch menu a little pedestrian for the price. Get dinner its much more satisfying. I ordered ultimate feast platter and dinner companion ordered admiral feast. We started with coconut shrimp that was fried to perfection. Both meals were appetizing, hot and delicious. Service was attentive, friendly and proficient Come for great seafood at a great price.

Been here multiple times. Most recently had great staff (very pleasant and accommodating). Recently remodeled which took care of the complaints about it being run down (see older reviews).

This place is a snob. We pre-ordered a pizza on-line to save time. When we got there, the cashier said we can eat inside. But then came the waitress with a firm "no" because it is a "carry-out order", despite there were a lot of open seats. Needless to say how disappointed my 7-year old boy (and 2 of his best friends) felt. They kept on asking me why they are so mean to us.
This place urgently needs better training in customer service, at the very least!
