A problem occurred during the night & it took 20 minutes to reach the staff. Once reached the person responsible responded quickly.

Place is in a deplorable state. Rooms are dirty. Fire alarms destroyed. Lamps don’t work. Floors dirty. I was shocked !!!. I will never stay at this facility again,

Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet basic expectations. The room was not clean, doors were not properly painted, and overall maintenance was poor. What made it worse is that breakfast was advertised as included, yet the staff informed us that they do not serve breakfast. This is misleading and unacceptable. We would not stay here again.

“The room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. I was staying with my two children. There were cockroaches in the bathroom, and they claim to include a continental breakfast, but when you go to the front desk there is only coffee and juice. We asked about it and were told that this is considered a continental breakfast. I don’t understand how ******* does business with these hotel listings.”

Reasonable amount of issues with hotel housekeeping staff and may just be a language barrier issue. I had some trouble with the placement of my room so if you have kids it’s important to make it clear if there are any special needs so as to keep them from being presumptuous.

Had to get room switched because ours smelled like an ash tray and my son had an asthma attack in the middle of the night and couldn’t stop coughing

It's very clean and is one of the cheapest place to stay. I am homeless and I have to use my disability check to pay for my room. I truly appreciate the service and kindness, I have received since I have been staying there for over a few months

The hotel was disgustingly dirty. There were rocks in the bed the room smelled of dirty feet and stunk . No hot water in the bathroom sink , the shower curtain was disgusting .The floors were never washed the hallways to the rooms were black , one step had a loose mat going up and down stairs There is no Pool no sauna, and no breakfast. I had to leave could not stay . Then to top it off Don left the door keys with the guy at the desk at 9:30 am . Then they called us to see if he was staying another night because they didn’t receive the keys which I was with him when he returned them and the guy give him a thumbs up . totally unacceptable. I just hope they don’t charge my card extra because the key was dropped off on time before 11 AM.

Love the atmosphere. Small, comfortable with fireplace. Big screen TV'S & great food and ? selections. Service was good too.

This restaurant has a uniquely designed wooden tables and chairs. Clean place, easily viewable from the street. The staff there are courteous and friendly. I ordered a veggie pizza and it came out good. Maybe not as reasonably priced as Pizzahut but worth a try. They have free parking spaces available.

Comfortable rustic eatery, knowledgeable and courteous staff, excellent craft draft beer selection, flavorful wings/ tenders sauces. You will not be disappointed!

Good food. The crew is dependable. Loved the veggie pizza more than I had expected. One of these days I need to dine in, the atmosphere is very nice. Did have an order goof, but they did own the mistake and made good on it. Thanks again Brendan!

I constantly refer to this Dunkin' to all my friends as "The Number 1 Dunkin' in America." I stand by it! Always so fast and so friendly, both morning and night staff! Everytime I bring a friend to the drive-thru, whatever we order it ready as soon as we get to the window. My friends are always in shock at their excellent service!

I see a lot of 1 star reviews about customers going in the middle of the night. I often go during the morning or day and always experience a total opposite experience.
Service is crazy fast, drive-thru has you in and out. Employees are friendly and they have never made a mistake.

I loved the atmosphere the employees provided. They were very professional and made sure they understood my family's complicated order before putting it through. My kids can be a handful, but Chelsey was patient and I usually don't get that response when I'm out with them!

Food was good, comparable price to other fast food places, friendly workers but extremely slow service at lunch hour. 3 star rating ONLY because my burger was big & fries were hot!

Me personaly would only go there for the icecream. It's great and the food is ehh not terrible but there are way better options. But the ice cream is top notch. The peppermint blizzard is to die for.

Ordered a chicken tender basket here and one of the tenders was COMPLETELY raw. No one offered us our money back or to get a manager, just to give us a new meal which we didn't want after biting into a raw piece of chicken. Won't be back here.

Store was clean, well lit and comfortable. Service was friendly, order was filled correctly and quickly. My Reese's PB Cup Brownie Blizzard was tasty. Mid-grade stuff, but what I expected from a chain. Just enough nostalgia to make me happy. A nice place for a quick ice cream stop.
