We have stayed at the Super 8 several times a year when we visit from Toronto and have always loved our stay. The staff is amazing!! And Scott was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, this last stay, the jacuzzi room we payed extra for as a treat was a real let down as the jets blew out chunks of dirt and mold even after we ran them and cleaned them 3 times. It was night time when we decided to use the tub and the earlier desk clerk had went home so we couldnt do anything. So we payed for a jacuzzi that was unclean not usable and was told at the front desk during checkout that management would look into a further discount or refund of the price difference...but nothing...very disappointing as this is our hotel of choice, but unfortunately that may change in the future.

You're in the middle of lots of restaurants and refueling options, perfect for a traveler. Great Uber access and safe to walk. Breakfast is minimal, rooms are large and well lit. This appears to be an older property that had a recent refurbish and rename. We highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean, quiet, good breakfast small but nice. Would stay here again. Small but clean pool outside. Said it had microwave but didn't, that's ok. Had fridge. Microwave down stairs. No elevator was a little hard to get everything upstairs but we managed, we're old lol. . Desk people very nice and helpful. Was nice.

The rooms were clean and comfy. They have you check in and out online so didn’t really interact with staff at all. Breakfast area looked nice but was very basic and so crowded every morning, there was never much there so we ended up going out every morning. Location was perfect.

Okay place to stay. The guy at check-in was great. He was helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, he was off duty for the rest of our stay.
Breakfast was very lacking. Toast and cereal, juice and coffee were offered. On Saturday, they did bring out the pancake maker, but the dining area was packed and there was no place to sit.
Overall, the room was okay, but nothing fancy. We did not request room service, but did get clean washcloths at the front desk each day and we did have the option to get the room cleaned each day.

The service staff was very nice and patient! The room condition is average, the breakfast is monotonous and not good.

Very clean and convenient hotel. The only drawback is that it was not cleaned the next day. You can ask the waiter for bath towels and toothbrushes. The breakfast is also a standard American meal, not bad!

It's a few kilometers away from the waterfall. The hotel is small and old. The uncle at the door has a good service attitude and the breakfast is simple.
