We had an amazing time I went with my sister for my 52th Birthday. Everyone at the resort was great, and the best part is its location. You can actually walk to Canada from the hotel! Old style hotel. Breakfast you need to go to the adjacent bar structure. Room was not cleaned after 1st night. An inconvenience with the bill, the guy at the front desk was charging for the reservation payed already online. Thankfully we received notice and the next day the lady at the desk helped to release the hold on the credit card.

Easy check in, its $22 for parking but there are plenty of free spaces as well near the hotel. Good size room, bathroom was just ok, shower pressure was non existant.

The location is excellent, right next to the park and the waterfall, the parking lot is spacious, and the decoration retains the atmosphere of a century-old hotel. You're in the middle of lots of restaurants and refueling options, perfect for a traveler. Great Uber access and safe to walk. Breakfast is minimal, rooms are large and well lit. This appears to be an older property that had a recent refurbish and rename. We highly recommend this hotel.

We loved everything about our stay. We were given a free upgrade of our room which was a really nice surprise. The only complaint we had was the breakfast menu. It was muffins, bread, waffles etc. A hot buffet breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage etc. would have made our stay perfect. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

The staff here are extremely helpful and kind. We would stay here again simply for that reason. The bed was very comfortable and nice large screen TV with endless viewing choices. Hotel itself is a little tired looking inside but we would stay here again for all of thd reasons listed above.

The super 8 is well ran smaller hotel. What looks like a previous mom and pop hotel that was franchised. Perfectly clean rooms and will return. Off season prices beat out alot of the other places and they still serve a good breakfast.

For those who enjoy walking to Niagara Falls, this is a great location for a jogging course of about an hour every day. You can enjoy a walk around the surrounding natural scenery and enjoy Peruvian and Indian food delivered to your room. My experience was pleasant. The hotel is well located near the waterfalls. It has parking included, since that is very important. I clarify that it does not have breakfast included, but it is fine for a short stay.

I was definitely scared by the reviews, I've stayed at lots of cheap motels but never seen reviews so low. My experience was perfectly fine.
