Rodeway Inn Rochester Airport in Rochester

The room we got wasn’t cleaned at all there was still garbage and the beds weren’t made as if someone slept in it the night before. They were rude when we asked for a new room. The TVs don’t work. The ceilings were leaking into our clothes and bed. The pillows didn’t have pillowcases and had makeup and hair on them. We went downstairs to ask for extra towels since we only had 3 for a 4 person room and the staff said, “we don’t have any.. I don’t know what you want me to do about that”. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. 0 OUT OF 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
UPDATE: we found bed bugs in the bed the next morning after sleeping in the bed even though we checked the night before.

Located approximately 400 yards from the end of a functioning runway, it wasn't the loud sounds of jets landing and taking off that made the overnight stay horrible. It was the bed bugs in room 215. Thankfully I forgot my sleepwear and just slept in my clothing, otherwise I would have had bites over even more of my body. Both arms all the way up to my shoulder have been itchy since I checked out. Stay away from this place, or at least check the mattress before you decide to go to sleep. Also, no microwaves in the rooms. There is one shared microwave for the entire floor. And there's no breakfast at all- when I asked about it, they said 'we haven't done breakfast since September'. Okay service, poor location, poor hygiene in rooms. 2/10 because it had a functional shower with hot water.

first time i came to this hotel, the tub wasn’t super clean but besides that it was decent for the price. i liked it and wanted to come back. the second time i come back, i can say i will never come back again. the tub was again dirty, the ceiling obviously had a leak and they tried to fix it and failed. it looked like it was about to cave in. paint literally hanging off the ceiling. the furniture was old and discolored, stained. there was bugs smushed in the bathroom ( somebody literally killed a bug with the bar of soap and just left it there). disgusting!! the toilet barely flushed, the hair dryer didn’t work. i can go on , needless to say they are crossed off my list.
