This hotel has a good location and the service is good. However, the breakfast was very expensive. The parking fee was reasonable and satisfactory.

Hotel is clean, safe, nice. Breakfast was good. Area is a work around. Easy to locate.

Parking is not convenient and the restaurant closes very early

Honestly, I don’t know what the fuss is over this hotel. I concur there was No elevator, (but we knew that), thin walls and noise from the highway, (but we sleep like the dead) and not a warm breakfast (had cereal, yogurt, fruit and granola bars). I can't say enough positive things about the staff. They're great. The hotel is newly renovated. They dont have an elevator which sucks for anyone with a lot of luggage. The hotel itself is pretty cool. Shiny cool floors instead of carpet, gives a nice touch.

We are a contractor doing work in the area for a significant extended stay, and we needed a reasonably priced location with numerous rooms for our field crew cycling in and out during the work weeks. What stood out the most for us was the kind, welcoming gentleman working the front desk! The hotel was economical comparatively and good for a night stay pre and post our flight. Clean room, very helpful staff, loved ordering food, shuttle left on time. Very convenient for early am flights or late arrivals.

The room was ok. You are basically at the airport. Staff was fine and there is a free shuttle. Poor water pressure from the shower. The TV continually had a window pop up that blocked part of the screen. The breakfast was ok at best for this type of deal. Coffee was lukewarm and if you like the blue or yellow sweetener you should bring your own.

Had to stay an extra night due to the government shut down and planes being canceled. Good breakfast, very quiet. Friendly, accommodating staff. They went out of their way to provide good service!

Friendly staff and helpful—-room was clean and tidy which is the number one thing we look for when staying at a hotel. The hotel overall was clean and quiet which is what we were looking for. We would definitely stay at this hotel again—hands down! If you choose this hotel you will not be disappointed.

Lap pool was nice. Coffee maker in room very convenient. Cafe had good food. Housekeeping needed reminders to clean my room.

I liked the amount of space in the room, and staff were very accommodating. I didn't hear any outside noise in my room, which isn't always the case when you stay at a hotel, it was great. I also enjoyed being able to use the pool, as there was noone else down there, I just wish the size of the towels at the pool and for the room were a bit bigger, as it didn't cover me.

Room was clean and convenient. I didn't realize the breakfast wasn't continental. There's a Starbucks restaurant for breakfast so ended up costing $55 for 2 burritos, 2 bowls of cereal, 2 coffees and juice. Pool is discolored but clean. Gym was small but does the trick. The hotel was nice and staff were welcoming. Next time I won’t stay on the first floor, the other guests who wake up super early to go to the breakfast area were extremely loud and woke me and my mother up.

In great need of updating. Dark hallways, old, dirty, ripped rugs. Right next to highway, train tracks, and Liquor Town. Felt seedy and dank. Breakfast was nothing special. No elevator- you have to haul your luggage upstairs. The only saving grace was that we had a fairly quiet night's sleep.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was crowded, like full up crowded. The staff did their best to keep up. The guests checking in weren't very quiet or supportive. My room on first floor near desk was not the quietest place.

Good location for shopping and food. Rooms are fairly priced. Breakfast is offered in the morning, but not much of a selection. Great staff that are very personable and welcoming.

Loved the timely fashion of the staff and I have to say open WiFi required no password thanks for the password however! Enjoyed the show and the comforts of home away from home And I LIVE LOCALLY but also love the idea that we can always find ourselves on the brink of vacation! I'm glad I got to experience the heat wave in the morning 56 degrees in January on the 11.

Clean, great personnel, and pleasant atmosphere here. Complimentary breakfast offers good array of food options.

Room was clean and quiet. Had a long issue trying to check in but that may have been because of booking through expedia. Breakfast was good except for the lack of cheese. I would stay again.

Clean, quiet, spacious room. Conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and more. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Property seemed to be an older hotel recently remodeled. Interior very clean. Rooms nice but I have two complaints. Shower caulking was very dirty with mold and areas around the building had debris and trash that could be easily cleaned up by maintenance but it doesn’t appear to be regularity done. Lost gloves bags mini liquor bottles etc..

Great checkin process and the best part is to choose the room in advance. Very clean room and common areas. A decent breakfast.

The room seemed recently renovated but the Tub/Shower were dated, with the tub liner loose and moving underfoot. Breakfast was a 3 out of 10, I am not sure what the "cheese omelets" are made of but I'm guessing its not 100% natural eggs, they were terrible.

Good value. A little worn, but I understand an upgrade is coming. We could hear it most days that we spent time there and that's a little annoying, but understandable. Wish there was a little variety in the breakfast. We stayed a week and by day 3, it was like groundhog day. Vary it a little each day.
