A place that has been remodeled nicely. It was clean and comfortable although the towels and rags need to be updated as well. But a nice stay

Was a little worried when we arrived about the motel but the rooms were somewhat updated and clean. The bed wasnt comfortable....a little too hard for us. I would stay there again but could use a little more updating.

Inside the room was new and clean. The outside was a bit dirty but they are in the renovation process. The room key did not work, we needed the staff to open the door each time. The A/C had a little musty smell. There was a phone but no cord or connected to anything to call out. The staff was very friendly.

On the positive, the bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. Shower head good hot water and pressure. On the negative the showered knob you couldn't hardly move it to turn the water on. Complimentary coffee was not available until 9:30 a.m. bath towels needed to be more sanitized or replaced.

Not a bad property. But a little dated for $100 price. Refrigerator did not have freezer. (needed it for our ice and cold packs for cooler)

I know the sheets were clean they smelled like laundry detergent. The bed however was uncomfortable to me. Staff was nice. Location was awesome.the river is behind and I saw a beaver so that was cool. My dead bolt did not work though and my chain lock slipped off so i think it could be defective too bc I opened it and forgot it was locked but it came right off anyways. Great price though thank u

If you are yearning to take a trip full of nostalgia, this hotel is where you should plan to stay! This hotel brings you back to those road trips you took as a kid. The only difference is, this hotel is cleaner, the beds more comfortable, and the year is 2026! Absolutely loved our stay. The rooms are squeaky clean! From the outside decor and grounds, the many sitting areas by the creek to the beautifully...

The cabin was immaculate and in a very good location. The host was very helpful and contacted us at check in to make sure everything was okay.

Perfect mountain getaway! The location is fantastic being so accessible to Maggie Valley sites and skiing. Adorable community! The property is so clean and well-maintained with all the little things you need such as trash bags, dish soap, shampoo, etc. We can’t wait to come back!

This property was perfect for our family of three plus 2 pets! It was comfortable, attractive, peaceful, AND decorated for Christmas!!!It was an easy ride to Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg. We definitely will have fond memories of "our Christmas vacation" in Maggie Valley!!

I think the owner of this property is working to improve it because there was a work crew there when we arrived. However, a fresh coat of paint and cute throw blankets does not make up for truly terrible bed mattresses and a room too small for all the furniture. Only one nightstand. If all the rooms are rhis size there shoukd be only one bed. I wish her luck

Remodeled bathroom, comfortable bed, easy parking, great location. Could use a little more lighting in the living space and also the bathroom is very cold. Very nice property though.

I liked everything about this motel.The motel manager was very helpful in everyway.We will be back to stay here real soon.

Shower went from Scalding to Freezing not much in between . Bed was memory foam type . NO sleep for me. Now I know and don’t have to wonder !

Great bed, clean and convient. TV could be a little bigger, lol, but nothing to dock for quality room.

Would definitely recommend! After a three day marathon drive from Arizona, it was so nice to land here at A Holiday Motel. First impression is how clean it is. Bathroom and shower sparking clean. Bed was very comfy, room has everything you need. Lots of towels, extra blankets, pillows, fridge. Room heater worked perfectly. It’s also in a very convenient location close to restaurants and shopping....

Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed in a studio room that was perfect. We had a busy weekend planned so a bed and bathroom was all we needed. Fantastic rates!

Aboutright For the price it was what to be expected. Small microwave and mini fridge. No coffee pot like usual hotels or motels. Out of date builtinheater and out of date window ac unit that was falling apart and held together with duct tape. Booked a room for five people and they only had two towels in the bathroom.
