When entering the hotel to register - the aroma was awesome. The customer service was great. The room was clean - very homey look and feel. I will remember Comfort Inn for our next Billiard Event travels.

The fan in the bathroom was on so loud it was terrible every time you put the light on and the TV and remotes did not work

It was decent for the price- the beds were comfortable, but there wasn’t cable and the food was absolutely terrible

Breakfast was over crowded. Tables weren't being wiped down. The coffee was extremely watered down. The staff was friendly. The hotel has 2 floors with a very long hallway that probably had close to 80 rooms. I feel for those at the end of it. Would think about staying again if rates at nearby hotels are high.

Not the worst stay I've ever had The bed was comfortable; the room was clean but had a smell. I had to go to the desk and get soap, had to ask for the air conditioner to be turned on and had to ask for the TV to be repaired. The pool was ice cold, and the breakfast was not great. Would not stay again.

Our check in was very nice. The young lady that checked us in, had a great personality, and very friendly and so was the young lady that did the breakfast. Just wish I had gotten their names.

The back outside door needs to be adjusted. Every time someone walked in or out it would slam. My room was right next to it.

Room was not very clean. The lady at the front desk had to come clean the jacuzzi and take things that was left in the room.. and the hallway light flicks . It’s so dark in here that you need that light, and there was hair in the shower

Carpets need to be cleaned and the entire facility is in desperate need of pest control, the spider webs all around the property are out of control. The staff however are wonderful, very kind and attentive to the customer. Always with a smile and a pleasure to interact with

Rooms were clean. Bathrooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Nothing fancy but a great stay.

The staff was very kind and helpful. It's very nice inside the lobby. The rooms were clean but outdated for the price and it was a little confusing to get to the hotel so we had to go around the block (no big deal). Hotel was nice and clean. Friendly staff. No breakfast but coffee was good. 😊 there is lots of places to eat. And just around the corner was the best brickoven stone pizza restaurant! The hotel could use a little fixing up in the rooms. ( Lobby was really pretty and loved the floors) but were not in the room much so it was great for the price and close to Cedar Point and anything you wanted to do....

Can't complain considering the cost. You get what you pay for. It was a pretty clean but outdated room. The initial smell was strange but after a little you stop smelling it. Bed was clean and comfortable and everything in the room worked. The people at the desk were nice too. Won't catch a complaint out of me, and if I needed a hotel to stay at in the area I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Very nice surprise! The outside looks like your typical older hotel but then you walk into the lobby and Wow! So beautiful, like a five-star fancy hotel. Rooms were very clean. Easy check in and price was reasonable. The only thing I thought was odd was there was no mini fridge. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Wifi doesn't work. Hotel bar/restaurant was closed down. The room was ok but was dirty when we arrived. The outside area is nice with the pool. The short distance to cedar point is the best feature.

Great hotel for the price. My wife was looking for a hotel near Cedar Point (for us and our kids). Most places were over $175 a night. She found Magnuson hotel for under $100 (which is located really close to Cedar Point). The hotel is clean, rooms are big, staff is friendly. If you are in a rush or last minute findings peak your interest then this is the way to go. They are rebuilding rooms and cleaning out the old stale cigarette smell and trying to repair things. They are 55 dollars a night and offer weekly stays. It's not the Ritz Carlton but if something has to do....it will.

It's honestly not too bad. Paid 59 dollars for a room which is a good price. The pool is filled with rocks and not a great view but the rooms are just like your average hotel room. Wouldn't recommend it though.
