It was quite a lovely stay at an affordable price the only downside was the stairs wish there was an elevator but I would stay there again absolutely the breakfast was quite good also

While we do like it and LOVE the fresh omelette station for breakfast and gluten free options, the cleanliness and quality has deteriorated these last couple years. The rooms have gotten a bit dingy and the stairs a little rickety. The pool and spa have way too much chlorine… we smelled of bleach for two days after using them even after...

This place is clean, great customer service, easy access and has a pool and hot tub. For the price it's perfect. The rooms are basic, the beds and pillows are ok.
Large room with king bed, mini fridge, heat/ac. Check in was quick and friendly staff.
Clean room , clean property , friendly owners and very personable at checking and with all questions.
Basic motel room. Relatively clean with the exception of a couple of wash cloths that were clearly soiled. Bathroom soaps were used. No cribs available so be aware of that. Front desk associate said indoor pool was heated and it definitely was not, so cold it was unusable. It is what it is for the price. Wouldn’t pay in the triple digits for it even in peak times.
Was great for the price. I would definitely stay again . My only complaint was that there was some strange metal shrouding around the base of the bed that rattled when you move or get in and out of bed.
It was really clean. It is comfortable and well maintained. The lady at the front desk is really nice.

Very Quiet, carpet needs some attention. Water temperature fluctuates between hot and cold when showering on it's own. friendly staff, conveniently located.
Far enough out of the main town, it was quiet and even a bit wilderness-like. We rented a room (not cabin) but it felt like a cabin (except for a shared wall.) Wooden walls and ceiling, gave it a rustic feel but for us, the bed was the main attraction. Firm but cushiony, the mattress was supportive in all the right ways with soft pillows with just enough support to keep your head and neck in alignment...
Nice place This was a charming little cabin, and the staff was very friendly. The location was convenient to the Sand Dunes.
Everything around the hotel in the area were nice. I noticed that my feet were black from dirt from the floors not being washed.
Very good place to stay. What I liked the most is that the motel sits back in the woods and has the option of a cabin also. Very clean place to stay.

At Southpoint Retreat in Florence, time slows down and the peaceful and relaxing environment helps you to navigate wherever you are headed.
Within a quick five-minute drive, you can be at the beach, the dunes, several freshwater fishing lakes, two golf courses, the Three Rivers Casino, horseback riding, hiking, and some of the very best food on the Oregon Coast. Just a few more minutes in the car and you will find yourself at the Sea Lion Caves and one of the most photographed and iconic lighthouses in America - Heceta Head.
Our home offers spacious accommodations for your whole family with two primary bedrooms with en suite spa-like bathrooms and cozy, plush bedding and linens. Plus, a large twin bunkbed in a third bedroom, with room for an additional playpen or cot and a cozy family room with a brand new extra comfortable sleeper sofa.
The home is large and comfortable, with two separate gathering areas and a dining room that can easily accommodate nine diners. We have lots of games to keep everyone entertained. The kitchen has every tool and appliance that you might need, including an air fryer, an Instapot, and a indoor grill. We offer onsite laundry as well.
Outside, we have an absolutely huge yard with two outdoor areas, each with their own firepit and mood lighting. And, since it is the Oregon coast, one of those is covered and includes a dartboard and drinks refrigerator. We also love dogs and are happy to host your four-legged friends (limit 2). We have a nice dog exercise area that includes an outdoor dog washing station to rinse off some of that sand before you all settle in to watch your favorite TV show on one of our three televisions or roast marshmallows on one of the two outdoor fire pits (or the indoor woodstove, if the weather turns). The home also offers two large off street parking areas that can accommodate your toy trailer or fishing boat.
