The room was clean. Variety of breakfast options. One light switch didn’t work in room but rest worked well.

The staff were all very kind and accommodating. Breakfast was yummy. Enjoyed our stay.

Easy check in. Friendly staff. Clean room. Quiet. Decent hot breakfast. A decent 2 1/2 star property.

Spotlessly, clean, updated hotel. Very comfortable, helpful staff. My only recommendation would be to serve breakfast past 9 AM and have coffee available in the lobby.

Had difficulties getting online and operation the thermostat due to low batteries. Call front desk and no one answered, otherwise it was great.

We had a pleasant stay, Hotel is in a nice location,room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Would stay again.

Room was cold, we had to turn on heater, we only found one towel so we had to ask for more, beds are old and breakfast was very poor.

I looked over the room and there were no parasites. The room and staff were courteous. No complaints.

Good with this price but breakfast can be better.

Rooms didn't have carpet, so there was a 1.25" gap under the doors, so every sound in the hallway comes in. No crib or pack n play available, though it was advertised as available. The kicker was "breakfast". Pop tarts and oatmeal, though no hot water available. Looked like there were eggs available at some point, but none when we went there, or while we sat waiting. Room was fairly clean, and...

When I come into town this is the hotel I stay. It’s close to I90 and away from everything else lol. The room does need some improvement, like the shower curtains need up dated as well as the shower heads. The pillows are very very flat and I always have to bring my own and the towels and rags definitely need to be replaced with some cleaner ones because I always bring my own but all in all I like...

The staff is very welcoming❤️

Room was clean, always enjoy the weight room at this location, staff was great

Everything was mostly good. The only issue was that whoever plowed the snow in the parking lot did a terrible job. There was no where to park and none of the parking spots were cleared from snow. Also the entrance was not plowed/shoveled and didn't get salted. I had to get the shovel at the entrance and shovel the snow myself so my kids didn't have to walk through all the snow.

Shower doors came off and would not move. They old and outdated. Could use some spray so they smoothly roll from side to side. Otherwise the property was good. I did not have the breakfast

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was excellent, clean and comfortable. The location was very good for shopping and restaurants.

I found the staff friendly, however the room itself appeared tired. The toilet seats are discolored and delaminating. The bathroom door didn't lock properly.

The property was very nice and clean. The room had a large screen tv. The staff was very nice.

This hotel is in the process of being renovated from a Micotel to a Choice hotel property. Found the hotel as we needed a basic hotel to spend the evening on our trip home. Price was very good for what we needed. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, but the breakfast area is fairly small and I would wonder how capacity will be handled...

Enjoyed a great nights sleep. They are currently updating this hotel. New carpet and the rooms are well appointed. Comfortable bed and pillows. Very nice staff. Would definitely return.

We got a free upgrade to a king room which was nice. Rooms are tiny but comfortable and clean. Staff was responsive and friendly. The third floor is renovated. Nice update on the bathroom but there's no shelf at all in the shower to put shampoo and soap on. Overall a convenient place to stay and decent place for the money. Ask for extra towels. Only 2 sets.

Awesome stay! We were just passing through on a cross country road trip and Nisch the hotel clerk was very welcoming. He even upgraded our room to a brand new king size bedroom. The hotel is under construction but the new rooms are worth it! The room is a little small but the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom and room were very clean. Average hotel breakfast. Overall great stay for the price

I've stayed at Microtels before. This one wasn't as nice as others I've visited. However, the staff was pleasant and accommodating with any issues.

Clean, quiet and well priced. Allowed late check out as we had car trouble while traveling. They provided razor and toothpaste at front desk when requested. Breakfast was ample and good. Will stay again.

This hotel is so clean that we decided to book another day! Will introduce this hotel to friends👍👍👍

Room was never cleaned yesterday and the jetted tub barely worked. Contacted **********. They had me reach out to the front desk, but I haven’t heard from management yet.

Room was clean, Lizzy the front desk girl was very informative and the breakfast hit the spot. We will be back again 👍

Clean rooms but 1 room didn't blow out heat no matter how high you turned the thermostat up

Decent place for a short stay. Staff was very friendly. Bed was firm but we slept really well. Breakfast was the standard eggs, bacon/sausage, MYO waffles, etc. What I really liked, and have not encountered at any other hotel, was the fresh yogurt machine. The yogurt topped with fresh berries, granola and honey was delicious!

The fridge did not work and the shower floor needed a cleaning. Towels were plenty and the room was as expected. We just missed the fridge in the room.

Staff kind and hardworking. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Here’s the absolutely most frustrating part. The pool was cold. The pool room was cold. When you reserve a room with an indoor pool for the sole purpose of swimming and can only go in the pool for a few minutes at a time. It’s BS

I say it was a very nice there was a hockey tournament going on in Erie with young girls in the hotel and they all were very respectful and we were not bothered by them at all. I would have to say is that I felt that the bathroom was very small. I’ve always been used to a shower with a tub and then separate vanities and that was a little tight but for four adults I think I would get two rooms next...

Good location. Close to main shopping strip.Great indoor pool area. A little noisy being located close to highway. Beds not too comfy.

OK hotel, but definitely could use some updating and maintenance. For example, the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, caulking was crumbling around the sinks. Just need some updating and TLC.. definitely not a five star but OK for one night. There are other hotels in the area for the same price that are much nicer though.

Rooms are nice, but the pool and hot tub are why we continue to stay here when we are in town. Breakfast is good. Take into consideration lots of kids most of the time due to being right across from splash lagoon!

Very comfortable place to stay. I was concerned given the on site "Splash Lagoon," which meant there were a lot of kids. That said, it was surprisingly quiet. The staff were all AWESOME and super helpful! Bed was comfortable, breakfast was good. Was a bit pricey, especially as the room was booked for me a couple hours before I arrived, but all around pleased and will stay at Holiday Inn Express hotels...

We had an excellent stay! Picked up our water park passes at 12 then went to play for a while. Checked in to our room at 4 and ate dinner. Was pleasantly surprised! We had two full beds and one pull out couch. The rooms were very large. Jacuzzi tub (but I don’t trust them so we didn’t use it) looked very clean. Stayed here just one night so we would be already here for Splash Lagoon the next day. Got an email to complete checkin before we got there, so all we had to do was pickup our key. A busy but still friendly and helpful staff had all our needs met. Both the front desk staff that I engaged with seemed to know what they were doing and were swift and precise. The room was spacious and the spa tub was just what was needed for a long weekend away. Great distance from shopping and restaurants and not far from presque isle or the bay. I wish they had more outdoor seating near the hotel...

The breakfast was very good. Coffee in the room was good. Beds were clean. Service was great.

Did the job. The kids loved the bunk beds and the Jacuzzi tub. Ceiling fan in bathroom began leaking in middle of night and drenched the floor of the bathroom and the heating unit was difficult to adjust. Breakfast had healthy options which was nice. It was great that it was attached to Splash lagoon.
