We will start off with the elevators they are terrible you will waste a lot of time waiting on them, they have 2 elevator but only one works. The rooms are very dated need to be updated.

An absolute nightmare!!!!! Construction putting clients in an unsafe situation. Extremely noisy and dirty rooms. DO NOT STAY!!!!

The service was wonderful! From our initial greeting at the door, to the concierge, to our experience at Pinky’s. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tides!

Everything about Tides was excellent. The staff was exceptionally helpful and very courteous and friendly. We definitely would make a return trip!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the view from our room. The rooms were clean and comfortable and dining and shopping options were plentiful. If I were asked to choose one thing that stood above the rest.. it would be the staff. they're exceptional!

It was my birthday trip and I loved every moment of our stay. The front desk staff was awesome! We actually stayed a day longer :-)

Staff was helpful. The hotel and town are beat up. If you are looking to visit Charleston the beach towns on the north side are much better with some terrific restaurants. Not much worth bragging about here.

The room was perfect and clean and the front desk guy Patrick was super nice and helpful and the door guy was great

The staff was very nice and helpful. I arrived before check-in on a busy check-out day so had to wait for a room. I lost my phone before arriving, and they went out of their way to find me to let me know when a room was available.
The rooms are clean and modern. The ocean view is great, and the balcony allowed for having the door open for the breeze and enjoying the view. I was here in the fall, so summer is likely a different experience. I enjoyed the quiet beach and lounge chairs by the pool.
Pinky's is a fun restaurant with good diner-type food.
