Nice hotel. Really large, newish room and good hottub. Adjoining bar was great. Breakfast didn't have a huge variety but the eggs and oatmeal were both nice.

Had problems with the heating, room was too cold. When I asked if maintenance could check it, I was told they were gone for the evening and I’d have to wait until the morning.

The room and staffs are nice. Only issue is the breakfast. The place is small compared to the number of occupants. They hae no variety, same food everyday. Not enough protein options.

Room was great. Pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast needed restocked as it was just and they ran out of some things.

We reserved a King Riverview room (with double bed couch) within a week of our stay as a staycation to enjoy the holiday season and lights downtown. The front desk (hey Meronica!) permitted us to check in early which was nice, we are locals and we just parked our car there, rented electric bikes from the bike stand in the parking lot and off we went on our adventures.
The hot tub and pool were a bit overrun in the evening so if you want a quieter moments in those rooms don’t go in the evening. The pool towels had run out, but I just went out to ask the front desk for more and they quickly obliged.
We went down to the breakfast buffet pretty much as soon as it opened and it was what you would expect for a hotel free buffet. The waffles were decent. The scrambled eggs were fine, and the coffee was drinkable.
Room had a nice mini fridge, microwave, and small coffee maker. We don’t need any of these items, but I felt like the set up was rather effective for someone for a longer stay.
The closet was a nice touch and the bathroom was clean and I felt had a great set up.
Any of the staff we ran into during our stay was quite pleasant and cheerful.

I’ve stayed here over 5 times over the last few years and mostly enjoy staying at the SpringHill since it is next door to Scottie’s. Both the hotel and Scottie’s were subpar this visit. The hotel breakfast was not that great compared to years past and it looked like they could have benefited from having another person making sure that the tables were cleaned off and that the breakfast was hot. After this stay, I may elect to find another location to patronize since you pay a premium to stay here and eat at Scottie’s.

Hotel was dirty and poorly run. Imagine a place being so awful it ruins your vacation. Every time we called guests services, they would put you on hold and NEVER answer. We had a 4 night stay and had the cleaners come ONCE. Breaking was disgraceful. Dirty, just dirty.

We paid extra to have a river view but our river view was just a side view if I had known I would not of paid for that and just got a regular room… the hallways smelt like **** and we got woken up to a fire alarm at 5 am with no apologies or any kind of accommodations. I would probably not stay here again.
