Great staff. Clean rooms and elegant atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay in the beautiful grounds and comfortable bed!

nothing special, welcome to hotel was "fine" but not warm, 2 of 4 pillows were flat, took 3 calls to the Forge and 2 to front desk to get room service, lights were out in the hallway, my first waygu burger was overcooked (honestly, mc ds quarter pounder was juicier and more flavorful); nothing bad, but nothing impressive. not one thing special. Hotel rooms looking tired. Advertised as Hotel with Spa but there is no pool, no sauna or steam room just a small treatment area. At $300 per night I feel it’s very over priced for what you get.

Beautiful facilities, loved having a Starbucks in the lobby, lots of great restaurants close by. Did not enjoy: the super uncomfortable bed, the constant loud whooshing noise coming from somewhere in our room. We called the front desk the first night and they said it was probably the heating system? It never stopped the whole time we stayed there. It was like a very loud nonstop white noise machine...

Great location to the southside area of Chattanooga. The hotel was in great condition and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Everything and one was amazing and having a starbucks within a few steps is such a plus!

It was fine and chocolate chip cookies were delicious. No microwave in room which was a bit unusual. The lady at the front desk was friendly.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and Candace is usually the one who checks me in. She is very professional and kind. While she mentions how good the onsite restaurant is, she gladly gives you some options at nearby restaurants. The rooms are always clean, the beds are so comfortable and as a solo traveler I feel very safe.

The pictures on the website are not what the room looks like. Front desk not very friendly. It was a disappointment, I would have rather spent more and had something in Harmony with what I was looking for

Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly. Close to sites we were visiting and places to eat.

The front desk staff were great from check-in to checkout. Our room was clean and pretty large. The water pressure in the shower was terrific.

Location was right off I24 by Lookout Mountain. Parking was safe and easy. Hotel was clean and staff were great. Room had a slight smell of mildew. Needs we're comfortable. Linens were fluffy and bright and clean.

Tired and worn out from driving all day. Got to the hotel and they couldn't find our reservation. We had to pay again, therefore we paid twice. Still waiting on our refund!! We stayed there on a voucher due to a cancellation of a flight. Pretty standard rooms which were just fine. No elevator, unfriendly staff and do not expect coffee or any breakfast items in the morning. You can buy and microwave some stuff but not worth it.

Lovely but would have given 5 stars but no breakfast with your stay. 1st time here for a Biker event and we enjoyed it. Great location and staff. Clean and comfy. Stores, restaurants, and the mall within walking distance. Would stay again.

Never experienced any problems or issues like a few people may have had. Rather, me and my fiance's stay was clean and comfortable, with the staff very courteous and professional (props to Meghan). Frankly, the pictures are exactly what you expect; every quality standard met and for a fair price... Take my word for it, I've been burned by hotels for almost double the nightly rate and half the quality...

We absolutely loved this hotel! The only issue was the bed was so. so. so hard. Every morning I woke up and was in pain. Other than that, it was a great stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly.

Stayed while passing through, room was clean, beds were comfortable, had a modern feel and our room had a slider door that walked out to a pool area. Hotel is located close to the expressway for easy on and off and near a ton of restaurants from upscale to drive thru. Will stay again!

This place was bare bones. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was a trickle in the faucet. Bathroom needed updating the place was very loud. Heater ran all night. Breakfast was very little to choose from. It was good for a place to sleep but not much else.

We have stayed in several hotels in the Chattanooga area. This one is our favorite. Most of the time there are no issues. Only issue this time was the hose on the shower head sprayed water every where. Other than that awesome visit.

Nice staff at check in. Someone’s long hairs in beds and clumps of it on floor. Only good thing about breakfast was pancake maker, mold on bread and milk may have been going bad, tasted strange so dumped it out.

We stay for just one night, but we can hear highway traffic and railroad crossing even from the 3rd level room. If you have heavy luggage there are going to be a big workout to go to the third floor's room. New Year celebraters were up 3AM in the morning. The mattress is not very supportive. There was not protein for breakfast while don't expect good coffee.

Room was clean and for the price was fine. However area itself seemed a little sketchy and traffic noise was loud most of the night. Fine for quick 1 night but would not make a habit of it. And skip the breakfast not worth the effort.

This property was a gem, and one of the more affordable options downtown. The decor is gorgeous, from the vintage upholstered furniture to the funky wall art to the retro color choices. I especially liked the common areas and dining room. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was luxurious, with robes, bath salts for the tub, and a light-up magnifying mirror. This is the best place to stay! You’re seriously 10 from the aquarium and the kids play museum downtown. Everything is super close! The staff is forever amazing, the rooms are super clean, and the parking lot is well lit and I feel safe. I’ve stayed twice now and will continue to stay here every time we pop up! The room was clean but had many small things that needed repair. Toilet seat wobbled - only one of the screws held it in place. One chair had a loose arm. There was a small hole in the bedding blanket. The plug for the hairdryer was loose & missing a piece of plastic from the circuit breaker. They claimed to provide breakfast. They had coffee, hot water for tea, juice but only granola bars.

Ideal location for a mid drive stop.. front staff was top shelf and very helpful. There was some signs thatlike most chain motels somebody was starting to out profits into their pocket and not into infrastructure and by removing the breakfast despite still advertising it...leaving front line staff to deal with grumpy travellers

We had the king bed suite. It was very spacious with a couch and tv in one area and a separate sleeping area. The room was clean. There were enough amenities such as shampoo and soap. The parking lot was well lit. We had a first floor room and could see our car from our window.

It was not comfortable. We sat down on the bed and it felt like we were going to fall on the floor. That is the one area that needs improvement.

I have stayed in many different Motel6 locations. This Motel6 was the nicest of all. The room was very clean and neat. I stayed for two nights and when I returned to the room, I found it clean and neat as if I had not stayed the night before. I will stay here again when I return to Chattanooga.

The rooms were fine. Everything was pretty clean and comfortable. I ended up leaving my computer in one of the drawers. I'm writing this comment to give accolades to the General Manager at the motel 6 in Downtown Chattanooga. He sent me back the bag and I received it in 3 days. I am forever grateful to this man.
