Everything and one was amazing and having a starbucks within a few steps is such a plus!
The hotel is not that impressive for the money. The location isn’t really walkable to the attractions in my opinion. I did walk, and the walk was unpleasant at times. There were other guests making a lot of noise past midnight in the hallways of the hotel which was annoying.
Did not do breakfast. Hotel room lacked sufficient lighting. Bathroom sink stopper was inoperable. Mattress moved undesirably on flat platform. Perfect location. Clean & quiet!
The beds are extremely comfortable. Also the food is very good. The hotel is very spacious and comfortable. Valet and check-in/out is easy and convient. It is great to have a Starbucks onsite as well as a Spa.
I love this hotel! Two restaurants with superb food, great staff and a wonderful location. The rooms are spacious and super clean. The host and waiter we had at the rooftop restaurant was They are pet friendly but there is a charge for pets.
Great hotel, very clean and staff was helpful!

It was fine and chocolate chip cookies were delicious. No microwave in room which was a bit unusual. The lady at the front desk was friendly.
Good place to sleepover. Very quiet and the room is clean. Next to many stores.
I have stayed at this hotel many times and Candace is usually the one who checks me in. She is very professional and kind. While she mentions how good the onsite restaurant is, she gladly gives you some options at nearby restaurants. The rooms are always clean, the beds are so comfortable and as a solo traveler I feel very safe.
Very clean room, quiet. Initial greeting very nice (Manager). Restaurant is really just open bar concept. Bartender couldn't care less about friendliness or service. Wasn't speaking to any of us seated at the bar. No name tag. No greeting, or true service. Ordered wings for dinner. Arrived on plain plate, cold, side container of dipping sauce. Not impressed. No offer of "anything else?" etc. Turned...
The room was clean and cozy. Would stay there again.
The manager was very rude, Candace Vazquez, yelled at us for bringing down towels to the lobby when her other front desk people told me to. That hotel should have better kind of people for those positions.

Tired and worn out from driving all day. Got to the hotel and they couldn't find our reservation. We had to pay again, therefore we paid twice. Still waiting on our refund!! The front desk area was packed with people and there was only ONE person doing everything!!! CHRIS MILLER!!! Chris was awesome, kind, patient and knowledgeable. If it weren't for Chris we would have just left. First room smelled...
We stayed there on a voucher due to a cancellation of a flight. Pretty standard rooms which were just fine. No elevator, unfriendly staff and do not expect coffee or any breakfast items in the morning. You can buy and microwave some stuff but not worth it.
Lovely but would have given 5 stars but no breakfast with your stay. 1st time here for a Biker event and we enjoyed it. Great location and staff. Clean and comfy. Stores, restaurants, and the mall within walking distance. Would stay again.
Never experienced any problems or issues like a few people may have had. Rather, me and my fiance's stay was clean and comfortable, with the staff very courteous and professional (props to Meghan). Frankly, the pictures are exactly what you expect; every quality standard met and for a fair price... Take my word for it, I've been burned by hotels for almost double the nightly rate and half the quality...
We absolutely loved this hotel! The only issue was the bed was so. so. so hard. Every morning I woke up and was in pain. Other than that, it was a great stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly.
Stayed while passing through, room was clean, beds were comfortable, had a modern feel and our room had a slider door that walked out to a pool area. Hotel is located close to the expressway for easy on and off and near a ton of restaurants from upscale to drive thru. Will stay again!

Over all the property and it’s staff I’d say is amazing, besides a few small things personally that I had a bad feeling towards overall a good nights stay
Nice modern room. Large vanity was out in the bedroom. The air conditioner was too noisy to leave on overnight, and there were bugs coming through the ac unit into the room. Breakfast was lovely, especially the waffles. Staff were minimally helpful. A little more enthusiasm in their role would have been good. They were unable to store our luggage, despite the room I could see behind the counter.
I did have one issue that isn’t the fault of hotel…I could not sleep due to the tv playing next door and the walls so thin I heard the guests next door snoring. Otherwise, the property was immaculate, bed was incredibly comfortable. The rate was a deal breaker for a nice clean comfortable room. Staff was very professional.
Pool was not crowded, had it to ourselves. The room was nice and clean and has everything we needed. And the breakfast was really good compared to most free breakfasts I've had in the past.
Everything was Excellent! My Room was Excellent, clean, clean staff awesome! Very quiet I enjoyed my stay! I will be back. Nice area also around eateries.
Says pet friendly but very little area to walk your dogs,, breakfast was a joke with it ending at 9am….

Everything was truly amazing 👏. I will return again and again. The setting are outstanding, along with the staff. My rating is a 10+ This was a Birthday stay for me and it help take my day over the top.
This is a must stay in Chattanooga, maybe even the south. The building has more character than you can imagine. The team here has pulled off a historic/vintage vibe without a creepy/stinky element that we have seen in other boutique hotels. The staff are so incredible and made us feel like family and celebrities at the same time. I would come to Chattanooga just to stay here again!
Stayed here for a friend’s wedding. I had high expectations given the price but this hotel definitely didn’t measure up. Upon arrival there was a worker at the valet who basically never moved from his podium to assist with bags or even open the door when we approached the hotel. When we walked in we were greeted by a very friendly desk attendant but were very disappointed to learn the bar was closed...
Very nice stay here- one of the best sleeps of my life! Room was very clean and relaxing- LOVED the bathroom and tub. Lots of goodies to choose from if you want to purchase them, too. Enjoyed the in room coffee, and the brunch restaurant downstairs was gorgeous and DELICIOUS. Definitely worth the stay- even if you already are a resident in town. The building has a lot of history and it's just great...
Such a magical stay! The rooms were an experience in its self ! The hotel was so beautiful! An amazing bath to us in my bathroom as well! Also having syrup and and eggs restaurant Downstairs was a huge plus! I can’t wait to come back here again!
Where do I start, My first experience was with Ben. Ben really made my stay absolutely perfect. I called many times before and I checked in at the hotel and he always was sweet and informative and so ever helpful. I became friends fast with him on the phone. The minute I walked in. It was like coming home to your best friend You haven't seen in years. The location was ideal, the hotel style is so...

Queen quiet excellent place to stay.I enjoyed it thank you
We drove over 12 hours from MN with our dogs and were able to stop in at 1am and get a room. The room was big, clean and cold (all perfect!) The fenced-in dog area was a huge plus since my dogs were cooped up in a truck all day, and it wasn’t just a mud/poo pit like some can be. The complimentary breakfast was actually pretty tasty too!
The lady at the front desk is snotty and acts like this is a nice place but what prompted this review is after staying one night they greatly increased the cost so I checked out and now they are charging me for the second night and I was not there! THEY ARE DOUBLE CHARGING. Beware! ! ! I’m changing my review because they finally didn’t double charge me. I actually loved the place and the pool....
The room was a little rougher than the lobby led us to imagine. Door jam to the bathroom shattered and epoxied back together, shower curtain too short, and I could be imagining things but the queen bed felt too small to be a queen. My wife and I usually split one fine but that night we kept bumping into eachother. Breakfast was pretty decent, a good selection and quality items. Huge letdown was the...
The shower facilities are not good and the water flow itself is weak. At certain times, the water flow is very small.
Clean room and quiet. Handy for Lookout Mountain which was whole reason for stay.

Everything was just ok. Room smelled better after we ran the AC. Price wasn’t bad, but overall I would look for a different option if I were coming back to the area.
The room was quite comfortable, except that there was a overpowering aroma in the room of chemical. This disapated by the second night. Overall it was a nice place to stay.
Not a non smoking room Passing thru; stayed one night. Staff was friendly, price was fair except the room smelled of smoke (heavily) even though it was supposed to be non smoking. That made for a bit of an uncomfortable night.
The man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful The room was nice and clean. We stayed all night just passing through.
Dirty small 2 queen room. Not much traffic noise coming from the highway. Good wifi. Breakfast: bread, coffee, waffle, pancakes, cereals. My fridge didn’t work. Fridge with no freezer, microwave and coffee/tea maker. Only one chair. No place to sit the suitcase.
One of the nicest motels i’ve stayed in. It was quiet, most of the staff was really friendly and helpful, the pool was clean, and the breakfast was nice. My only complaints was I was accidentally checked out a few days early by staff, and had to return to the hotel to resolve the issue, but it was resolved. There was also dog poop in the hallway at one point, but staff cleaned it quickly. The vending...

Everything was as expected and perfect for a quick overnight. I wanted something just off the highway, so traffic noises didn’t bother me. I knew the breakfast would be sparse, but there’s a Hardee’s in the same parking lot and other options nearby. Service was great, room was clean, and I love the bright colors!
Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Room could have more electrical outlets.
The room clean and lobby room was clean and nice smell. The parking lot was clean. The staff was nice.
Best hotel on a budget in Chattanooga Housekeeping upon request was great. The room was quiet, calm, and comfortable. Very polite and helpful staff. Would stay again!
Fantastic staff, clean large rooms very soft comfy beds. Only small breakfast selection. Great easy parking

This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed here! Staff is very nice. Rooms clean and continental breakfast is good!
OK but had issues OK independent hotel, there was a problem with the shower I couldn't get it to turn off, had to get housekeeping to sort it.
Hotel in a convenient location to the Tennessee Vally Railroad Museum. The hotel was clean and breakfast was adequate. The staff was friendly.
When I booked, I saw the property had a very high rating. Not sure where that rating came from, pillowcases were yellow, gray, and worn. One of the pillowcases had sketchy looking spots on it,Towels were also very worn and gray and the stack of two washcloths had the very clear imprint of perhaps a coffee mug. Which makes me think they clearly don’t change out all of the towels between guests.
Limited parking so people could park in front of their rooms. Lot right next to our room.... almost looked like homeless people had lived there. Floor in room filthy. Feet were black after a few minutes walking around barefoot. Walls must not be insulated... you could hear sneezing in the next room and every single sound outside. Shower was wonderful. Young foreign man at front desk was pleasant....
Big and clean room. But pls focus on morning breakfast and change the dining room chairs.. but I give 5 star to the neat and clean room.

I was there for only one night, and the housekeeping staff started banging on my door early in the morning, waking me up to ask if I wanted my room cleaned. I was very annoyed, because I needed as much sleep as possible for my long road trip. Why on earth would anyone think I needed my room cleaned for a one-night stay? It felt like they were checking to make sure I did not oversleep or accidentally...
This is the best place to stay! You’re seriously 10 from the aquarium and the kids play museum downtown. Everything is super close! The staff is forever amazing, the rooms are super clean, and the parking lot is well lit and I feel safe. I’ve stayed twice now and will continue to stay here every time we pop up! It’s super affordable and honestly worth far more. Go ahead and book- you will not be unhappy...

Harry was great!!! Ive been going there for almost a year. His aunt and uncle was there but they retired. Harry is keeping their hotel in great condition. Its the best hotel in Chattanooga!!!

Great location and the service was great too. Breakfast was reasonable. The suite is large enough to sleep six.
The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is older than some of its competitors in the area, but it was ok for the price. The rooms were ok but could use an upgrade.
Staff never acknowledged us anytime unless we walked right uo to then. Old hotel. Needs work.
Room is a little tired.. could use some updating.staff is usually nice. prices of snacks are ridiculously high.
The room was clean and satisfactory. There was some mold in the bathroom. The staff never made up the rooms or brought fresh towels. We had to go by the desk to pick them up. The breakfast was very good.
It was a large room. Itbwas clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good amd there were a lot of choices. Overall, it was a great stay.

Staff seemed overwhelmed but still doing their best while short staffed and over run by guests.
The receptionist was extremely nice and helpful, but the room is in need of repairs! Big time!!!
The front desk staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. My room was okay. A little dirty (used cottonball on the floor by the bed, a little grunge on the sink counter). My daughter’s room was disgusting. There were burn holes on the bedspread, a hole in the ceiling that had tape over it, the bathroom light/fan was also taped up and was very noisy until it eventually stopped working...
The room was in bad condition. It had two holes in the walls. The toilet had been replaced and the floor was disgusting around it. The breakfast was only a granola bar and coffee, nothing else. Did not even have cream for the coffee. The A/C did work great and the staff was very nice.
I am staying at this hotel every time when drive from Tampa to Chicago because it's half way of the trip. They accept 18+ guests, which very important for me. The rooms are always clean and staff is always friendly
East Ridge has grown into a mature adult from its days of being a brat. Super 8 is a hidden gem amongst the development currently taking place. After business hours, when the work outside stops, kick back in one of the comfortable rooms and enjoy.

The rooms were adequate but my TV had audio but no visual. The bathroom was clean, supplied, and properly equipped. The bed was nicely made and comfortable. The cost was reasonable.
It was nice when you first walk in. I dont believe I stayed because the price for one night was outrageous I think like 80 or 90 dollars. If you want a nice room and can pay to stay, by all means! Take it! I just didn't have the extra 100.00 for a night when some places around here are 200.00 for a week. But if your looking for somewhere nice and has good amenities. I believe this is the place for...
Room was very clean and comfortable. Checked for bed bugs, (as we always do,) no visible sign. You can definitely tell that they are trying to turn this place around. Which, as contractors, we understand how difficult and expensive just maintaining a motel can be in this economy. Keep up the good work.
Nice cheap place to stay. Convenient to the interstate and with in 5 to 10 minutes of shopping. Harley Dealership is right across the road along with McKay book store. Several gas stations and other amenities. Rooms are clean and management personnel are nice. However you get what you pay for. There is traffic noise but not enough to keep you up all night. Staff was amazing but did forget a few things. We asked for clean towel replacement that never happened until we went to desk to ask again. Clean up of the patio should be done daily in am
Good stay! Lovely place to stay! The rooms are large and the showers are lovely. We stayed just one night for a little weekend trip, but would definitely stay here again
The people were working went out of their way to be accommodating. They were all super friendly and great with kids. The room was clean and felt fresh. I loved this hotel.
The TV Was small and the picture was awful and the furniture was dated. Breakfast time wasnt very long .The gentleman working in the breakfast area was awesome and very friendly. I was disappointed to have meat with eggs only 1 time my stay.very friendly maintance guy and very helpful with information.

The staff were wonderful, breakfast was decent. The room was clean, but the fridge and toilet both made constant noise and the bedding was thin and made us all itchy. Fine for a night, but not sure I could suggest a longer stay.
We found a bug in our room, a hair on a “clean” towel. Finger marks on the wall in the bathroom by the tub. Breakfast was very crowded, ran out of waffle mix, ot
Conveniently located hotel. It was clean and safe. The A/C unit was noisy and our proximity to the elevator made us vulnerable to noise to early departing guests. Breakfast was 6 AM to 9 AM which seems a little early for a Saturday morning: don’t worry McDonald’s is just steps away so breakfast was not free.
It was very clean, check in and out was easy. The indoor pool was cold, but other than that, it was a nice stay!
Other than a McDonalds next store nothing really convenient around. Staff not overly friendly. Breakfast was okay at best. Room was nice but hallways were hot. Okay for an overnight stay but would look elsewhere for longer stay.
Nice Good breakfast clean rooms. The staff is very kind the only down side was you could hear the interstate, but also its located conveniently by the interstate. The pool was nice it was fairly cold but my kids enjoyed it.

We stayed here in June of 2021. Me and my friend were traveling for a trail race and this was pretty much the cheapest option, so we had appropriate expectations. The rooms are clean and comfortable but dated. One of the mattresses was a noisy metal spring type but my son found it comfortable. I have stayed in many different Motel6 locations. This Motel6 was the nicest of all. The room was very clean and neat. I stayed for two nights and when I returned to the room, I found it clean and neat as if I had not stayed the night before. I will stay here again when I return to Chattanooga.
The rooms were fine. Everything was pretty clean and comfortable. I ended up leaving my computer in one of the drawers.
