This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed here! Staff is very nice. Rooms clean and continental breakfast is good!

Minimal staffing, rooms were filthy and major ant infestation. Also had roaches in the bathroom. Ants were coming out of the walls including the grab bar in the bathroom while I was taking a shower. All linens had stains ranging from yellow to brown. Hotel has potential as it appears updated inside but needs an overhaul and deep clean

OK independent hotel, there was a problem with the shower I couldn't get it to turn off, had to get housekeeping to sort it.

Hotel in a convenient location to the Tennessee Vally Railroad Museum. The hotel was clean and breakfast was adequate. The staff was friendly.

When I booked, I saw the property had a very high rating. Not sure where that rating came from, pillowcases were yellow, gray, and worn. One of the pillowcases had sketchy looking spots on it,Towels were also very worn and gray and the stack of two washcloths had the very clear imprint of perhaps a coffee mug. Which makes me think they clearly don’t change out all of the towels between guests.

We had asked for a floor level room due to my mother having health issue's and the guy told us he couldnt do it due to there not being any open. There were only 2 other vehicles in the parking lot. The towels, blankets, and sheets were very dingy looks like they need to be relplaced. Shower head was amazing best part of the room. I know its a cheaper room but accomidating your guest should be a top priority no matter the price of the hotel definitely when you only have 2 other people staying at the hotel

Limited parking so people could park in front of their rooms. Lot right next to our room.... almost looked like homeless people had lived there. Floor in room filthy. Feet were black after a few minutes walking around barefoot. Walls must not be insulated... you could hear sneezing in the next room and every single sound outside.
Shower was wonderful. Young foreign man at front desk was pleasant.

Tucked away behind a storage yard. Enormous dumpster directly outside my door. Manager was not friendly.

We booked a room last minute. When we drove up the location seemed to be okay. The guy at the desk was very friendly and courteous.
The beds were comfortable. The shower was amazing. Only problem was the shower leaked at the bottom of the doors. I let the front desk know. Also make sure to check the mini fridge, we did not notice ours was not turned on until morning. Luckily we only had drinks in it.

Big and clean room. But pls focus on morning breakfast and change the dining room chairs.. but I give 5 star to the neat and clean room.
